还没等我解说一把。此贴天南海北扯了不少，本人感觉内容还是挺多，想稍稍总结一下。
从此贴楼主的连接，我去看了一下，美国科学院这个奖确实份量很重，是奖励各个领域
重大发现的。楼主也列出了
几个获得此奖的Nobel奖得主。
我在看Axel的过程中发现，axel得奖是93年，那个时候他刚刚发现嗅觉受体家族，对整
个嗅觉系统的组织还没有全
力投入，大家如果看过Axel获奖演说的话就会明白，Axel原来是跟嗅觉研究8杆子打不
找的，他就喜欢克隆基因，
克隆了无数的基因，比如CD4（好像，懒得查了，如果错了，抱歉），等等。而04年他
和Buck获奖的理由是，"for
their discoveries of odorant receptors and the organization of the olfactory
system"。 可见，光发现一个
超级基因家族，而不对其功能进行深入的研究，是没戏拿炸药奖的，至少没那么快，如
果Axel自从发现嗅觉基因家
族后，再也不碰，充其量到他80岁的时候，跟别人share一个关于嗅觉的炸药奖。
而我认为之所以他可以那么快的拿到，是因为他当 |

全的神经门外汉都听得津津有味。这个老头还一直说science多么多么美，大家有机会
去enjoy这个，是多么多么幸福的一件事情，要积极地投身科学事业，可能只有到了他
那个层次才能真正enjoy science吧。

cell委实不错，不过也只能说这个头开得很有意思（genetic screen for autophagy），至于能
不能做的很完整也得慢慢看。非要拿这个去和同代的年轻人比，老张能一定超过JHU的董欣中（Mrgs
family in pain and itch）和宋红军(adult neurogenesis);Stanford的沈康
(synaptogenesis)；UCSD的王竞(olfactory coding)；西南医学中心的刘庆华(RNAi)？更别说
这帮人前头还有大名鼎鼎的庄小威啊 老张拿什么和小薇同学比？

来的，老公是靠Olfactory receptors得诺奖的Richard Axel，今年刚拿了一个300w的
大奖，还是Obama的Brain Mapping Project的几个leading scientists之一，光环无限
啊。居然在Vogue上有个关于她的很长的采访，里面可以看到她对C elegans和
neuroscience的解释和介绍，针对的却是关心fashion的vogue的读者，真是不容易。
贴两张照片，气质美女，爱穿Michael Kors的衣服，有Christian Louboutin的
collection，文章里笑称拿了那个3M的大奖就可以买更多的Louboutin了（汗⊙﹏⊙b）
