从学区来说Fremont是 MSJ > Irvington （=） American >wathington >JFK，因此JFK
区在desirebility上是最低的，
交通上，北非现在秒杀东非和 南非，虽然MSJ房价还高着（因为实在没房源，平均一个
月不到一套1.5以下的非硬伤），但是desirebility已经远不如北非，
95万的预算，可以买北非次好区（Wawick，brookvale）的小黑屋，或者Am High 学区
的Olv 和 Pst小学的中等小屋，这种情况下，肯定不会降两个档次到Central去买JFK
和 阿富汗孩子一起上课。
