rink in Milwakee, do an ice work out, then ride the bike back home.

从短的开始，一年就行。以你现在的基础上半铁都行。

谁知道SF Bayarea附近有什么HIM，或者IM吗？我到真想去作志愿者现场观摩一把。
对了，我一直想知道游泳的部分在非铁人的距离（sprint和Olypic）是不是没有关门时
间？只要游完距离就行了？我看了几个比赛都没有提到关门时间，但是好像全铁有关门
时间的哈。
我还想知道游不动了可不可以爬救生员的board上？谢谢分享 |
