发帖数: 5504 | 8 最近刚好两个车要年检，其中一车我以前换机油时有两家提醒过我，power steering有
点漏，需要$400左右搞定，有一家明确告诉我当时不修以后年检也必须要修理，一直有
些担心。结果两次都是Omiya的白人帅小伙儿，很爽快地20分钟就PASS了。我早上7:30
就去了，店家写的8点开门，小伙子7:55到的，不断解释说平时一般7点二三十就到了，
喝喝咖啡之类，今天不好意思迟了些。我当然夸他还是beat了门牌时间。总体感觉还不
错。
店里报纸只有大纪元，能多样化一点更好，至少把最近的华星报放两张撒。不知道有没
有wifi ? 我一般就是上班前把车搞定，有wifi会更方便些。 |

经理是个美国人，不说中文，不过owner是说中文的。
年检$25，年检+换油的package$40，我觉得还比较划算。
另外店里写着nc state的学生修车可以10% off，我问了一下其实其他学校的比如duke，
unc的都可以打折，呵呵。此外店里还写着可以match任何其他店的正式的估价单并有折
扣，有兴趣的不妨打个电话问问。 |

发帖数: 8107 | 12 家里一辆老破车超过15年了，跑的还不错就一直也没舍得换掉，去踢球钓鱼搬东西还派
得上用场。只是每年要过年检的时候都有些小担心，毕竟有些小毛病很容易被fail掉。
昨天去了
上文提到过的Omiya，人家给看了看就说排气管有小洞需要补一下，汽车一个尾灯的灯泡
不亮需要换掉。灯泡很容易解决，排气管不补的话就fail。本来去的目的就是看看情况
，没指望能pass。
今天中午忽然想起来以前55上的那个华侨汽修，去年年检就做的马马虎虎，也许今年还
能蒙混过关呢，于是打电话想预约一下，却发现电话号码都disconnect了。虽然觉得八
成是关门了，不过中午闲着也是闲着，过去看看情况就当溜达了。
开过去一看，店还在，换了owner了。owner是个阿三，手下就一个老黑伙计。还是可以
做inspection的。这哥俩倒是真快，等了不到10分钟就说搞定了，everything pass，我
心里都乐了，明明尾灯的灯泡都还没换呢，这safty inspection都能过？！这哥俩到底
怎么inspect的，哈哈。没多废话，交钱走人。
乡亲们，谁和我一样车过年检有麻烦的，去这里碰碰运气吧，呵呵。
