了。

6000的RX. 今天注意了一下我的同学，去了大概26，27个吧，除了一个印度人，其他全
部是亚洲人，中国后裔为主，越南为辅。我真觉得我们学校好像70%都是亚裔 |

一进门就是一个大的open office, 大概100个station吧，tech为主，大概有5,6个
pharmacists.这样的工作我要郁闷死。不过他们说他们实际上有30几个pharmacist,因
为有很多pharmacist是在field, on the road,去他们的long tern care facility看
residents' profile, consultation.这个我还感兴趣。要是叫我在那个大仓库天天面
对电脑，我要疯。 |

counselling,我去omnicare参观过，看到filling center里面就是几个pharmacists
sit in front of the computer and verify RXs, but the director said they have
pharmacists who go to the sites to look at patients' files every month. |

其实外包要找到做的好，有经验的，还要便宜的很不容易。美国的CRO都贵的要死，象
Quintiles, PPD, I3, Omnicare等等。印度和中国的外包倒是便宜，但是懂统计的没几
个人，都是本科training一下SAS programming就上了。
外包的做做 routine programming还行，真要做 data exploring, post-hoc analyses
，那就不一定比内部的便宜了。
外包了公司内部具体编程的SAS programmer会减少，但肯定不能没有，要有人去做
quality control,coordiantion之类的工作。CRO的质量参差不齐，这个活干起来有时
候会气死人的。很可能会白花钱，最后还是要内部double work.
不用担心没工作，最差也就是换到CRO去了。 |
