需要反复强调的是: 决定最终画质的, 机身最多占到一半, 另一大半是镜头. 镜头才
是一个系统的灵魂.
可换镜头相机的精华就是要换镜头. 想用套头一镜走天下不换镜头就不应该买可换镜头
相机. 还不如买LX100, 等效焦距光圈相当于M43配12-37mmf2-3的镜头, 或者是APSC上
配一个16-50mmf2.6-4.1的镜头. 体积还小得多.
M43的精髓就在它的镜头群. M43镜头群数量多质量好,主要原因有2个:首先是有OP两家
在做,既有补充又有竞争, 其次M43是OP两家唯一的相机线,所以两家都是全力以赴做好.
而既有APSC,又有FF线的厂家,往往不会在APSC上尽力, 毕竟FF才是捞钱的产品线. 尽
量把用户从APSC往FF赶才是目的. 让APSC用户玩爽了,怎么在FF上捞钱?
O+做镜头的能力就不用多说了, P+也是很强, 收编了美能达很多骨干, 和Leica合作多

Just buy a big jar of Regus speghatti sauce ( I like the one with mushrooms)
One pound of ground beef. And one onion.
Put the ground beef in the pan and fry it until all the water drys and the
oil comes out, put chopped onion in and stir fry, then put speghatti sauce
in cook for 15 minutes. I like to put ground pepper in too to add flavor.
Then cook speghatti for 8-10 minutes.
The key is make sure the beef is dry. |

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup milk
0.5 cup cooking oil

来了来了，前两天有MM发帖问是更喜欢湘菜还是更喜欢川菜。讨厌，最烦别人问我这个
问题了，都是我的心头最爱，每次选择都要纠结死。早先做了爆炒鸡杂，应该算是湘菜
了，看到那个帖子就开始馋川菜的味道，尤其是馋郫县豆瓣的香味。于是极富行动力的
就立即做了豆瓣鱼！搭配一盘香菇炒上海青，一碟凉拌黄瓜，中午我和P吃得超级开心
，海逮了几大碗米饭下肚！原来这三个菜一起吃是这么的配啊这么的配！！！哈哈哈~~~
说到鱼，在世界最大淡水湖Lake Superior边的Houghton居然很少有新鲜鱼卖，超市里
都是冰冻的鱼肉，没皮没骨没头没尾。每当想吃水煮鱼或者喝鲜鱼汤的时候，就只能看
着冰箱里的冻鱼肉哭笑不得。据说这里很少有卖新鲜鱼有两个原因。第一，在这里几乎
家家都有船和渔具，买个渔证也只需要十几美金，便可以钓一整年的鱼，所以大家都不

标 题: 剩饭剩菜的华丽变身【什蔬肉末盖浇饭】——【小觅的美食日记】

本来不想更新得这么勤快的，但是现在已经发展到更新频率不能由自己决定了，天天有
人催。【小觅的美食日记】同时在我经常逛的几个论坛发，然后还有博客、校内、
Facebook之类的（请问我还要好自恋？！），每天打开电脑就看见朋友们的留言期待新
日记，去学校和Canterbury House遇到各国熟人，第一句话也是“你昨天更新的那个什
么XXX看着好好吃啊，今天又做了什么好东西啊”。昨天在Boston的弟弟又追问最近有
没有什么新菜式，他想死湘菜了。（看来我的确是太久没有更新关于湘菜的美食日记了
哈，要自我检讨！）另外，昨天半夜就差一秒准备关电脑睡觉了，娇姐一条信息过来咨
询更新事宜，我又不好意思的继续写了半个小时，完成了一篇recipe的中英文版。虽然
天天被催多多少少有点压力，不过真的是感谢大家给我的压力，我可不可以再次自恋的

Life Sucks, But It's Real
最近看了一部现在要强力推荐的The Onion Movie 继Scary Movie系列之后很久没有看
到这样对胃口的电影了需要说明的是这不是一部情节复杂寓意深刻的高级电影 相反我
正是被那些荒诞夸张的情节和讽刺嘲弄的手法所吸引现在社会的每样东西都讲求包装电
影更是如此 商业大片有时过于追求场面 文艺电影经常刻意营造深刻 相比较而言The
Onion Movie可以说是一部烂片 但是烂的纯粹 烂的直接 把人的无知狭隘和种种欲望坦
白化其实是种最诚恳也最幽默的表达另外一部是很久以前的Butterfly Effect 这次把
第二集重温一遍也得到了一些更多的感触男主角穿越时空改变历史的能力也许初看之时
都很羡慕也幻想如果一切可以控制的话自己要在哪天早上醒来然而尝试控制一切到最后
的结果往往和随遇而安相差无几 失去的却是心情 争取是必要的 心态却可有急缓轻重
之分 所以每个人都是主角只是戏份不同享受每个情节也就没有所谓的悲喜剧 到头来不
过是一部自 |
