company。大公司的IT部门还是不要去了。
为了免费吃住和酒水，我做咨询两年多了，分别做过consulting company 的
consultant 也做过software product company的 pso。一年到头 不停的travel, 去过
10几家不同的fortune 500。
这些公司，资金雄厚雇的起每小时高到300刀的onshore consulting, 却又执着于想方
设法雇完全没有经验的印度offshore consulting 低到15刀。 我做过一些项目，呕心
沥血引进新技术新的想法， 所谓的“architect” 听完presentation, 一句offshore
team 不会理解来搪塞。
大量廉价的consulting 不仅把咨询这个词彻底搞臭， 还把自己公司搞得乌烟瘴气。大
部分这些公司IT部门， contractors 占到了一半或者一半以上。 不少公司 "人性" 管

我来解释一下吧：石油和服务工程师不一定是在什么公司的，什么公司都有那些职位，
不管是石油公司还有油服公司
油工统称为petroleum engineer，基本上是一帮学petroleum engineering，geology，
geophysics这类，勘探，评估，也就是说，早期决定一块油田值多少钱的工程师，这些
人才赚的多（只能羡慕一下了），可以跟码工pk一下
剩下的就是油服了，就是去挖，各种挖，比如onshore地上挖，offshore，海上搭台子
挖，所以油服基本都是ME,CIVIL,OCEAN E，之类的专业的人。。。都是屌丝。。。比如

抛开细节不谈，你可以把这个ETF理解成有人收你一些手续费帮你把美元换成人民币再
投到国内的货币基金，你相当于变相持有了人民币的货币基金
实际上还是有一些区别
1. 这个ETF只投AA以上的短期票据，而且要track一个短期票据index，而货币基金除了
短期票据还可以投其他高质量的货币市场产品，自主选择余地更多，所以货币基金的收
益会更高也会比较不稳定一点
2. fund operation上这个ETF要复杂一点（对PM而言），所以operation risk可能会存
在，特别是offshore和onshore互转那块，但总体透明度会比货币基金要好，因为投资
决策很简单，就是要track一个index而已
3. 税收。这个ETF大部分回报是按dividend返回的，所以tax rate会比较高。我不太清
楚在国内买货币基金是否有税
4. 货币基金投资赎回应该是不受手续费的，这个ETF每次投资赎回（其实是买入卖出）
都会有一笔手续费，这个要看你的brokerage firm是多少，我的大概每手$10 (按次数
不按数量收费）

之前我说了国内房价绝对值不会下降，但是相对（相对于其他货币）价值会下降。这次
只是外汇市场的一个短期调整，但是以后会越来越多的。
所以在有办法转换美元和rmb的海龟，可以购买property在国内，适当的时候卖出(5

onshore市场出现，人民币/美元汇率毫无阻力冲破6.80、6.70等一系列关口，一口气涨
至目前6.67元附近。
