简单经过：lp申请rank140学校，department向招生办公室（OOA）推荐录取，被return
。理由是GPA过低（2.43）,中国的算法是79.1。要求是3.0。
症结所在：lp英文成绩单上写着[A(100-90),B(89-80),C(79-70),D(69-60)], OOA据此
先把所有的成绩转成美国的四分制（ABCD）,然后计算GPA。
系里的老师很宽容，接到return后暗示我们准备材料进行申诉。昨天已经将初步准备的
材料与其讨论，但未被接受。目前正在准备第二次送递材料。这基本是最后一次机会，
我们正努力准备。我会把一些相关内容写在下面，请有经验的人帮忙分析一下。
初步准备的材料基础阐述中美两学校评分体系差别，进而说明OOA计算方法不合理，并
提供合理的算法。证据包括中美两学校学分绩（GPA）评价标准，毕业对GPA的要求；中
国教育部对学分绩和毕业的要求（翻译了相关中文条款）。
论点：1是中国的五级制评价体系仅仅作为百分制补充，成绩应先转换成百分制，然后
算GPA，然后转换成4分制

SVN的话，你可以说支持创建SVN数据库，支持文件add， commit，update，这是最基本
的功能了。这时候，面的人可能就要求你增加branch的概念。在OOA的时候就让他提出
来，比在最后追问好多了。

在Exchange Server上, 这个选项默认是"只自动回复给本服务器
的账户". 如果有本单位以外的用户发送电子邮件,将不会自动回复.
我现在知道, 对来自到本单位的电子邮件, 发件人将只会收到一次
自动回复. 以后不管怎么发, 都不会再发送自动回复到同样的账户.
我的问题是: 对于本单位以外的用户, 对某个电子邮件地址可能
收到几次自动回复?

科，研究生学位没什么关系，主要还是靠自己。
算法方面我也是新手，刚开始学习算法半年，之前也是只知道基本数据结构，算法的学
习资料，我推荐你可以看看MIT的CLRS的教学视频，貌似MIT网站上可以直接下载，我是
在emule 上down的，结合书一起看，先抓重点，之后再铺开看书，效果会比较好。另外
题一定要做， 推荐你做topcoder, 这个比较锻炼coding能力， 据说公司面试难度一般
在SRM div I， 250--350 的水平。
设计方面推荐你看 <敏捷开发> by Robert C martin, 里面重要讲了OOA&D的一些原则， 之后再看Design Pattern， 否则即使你觉得会设计模式了， 但是也不知道什么时候用。对于面试我觉得最好找些设计方面的面试的例题研究一下。 |

一类是就system而言，如CD player, Hotel booking system
另一类是design an end to end solution e.g. client-server architecture。
大部分面试都是这两类，前一类是OOD/OOA,后一类是看你的design or whiteboard
draw是不是make sense e.g. network efficiency, security, protocol design etc.
至于detail design pattern并不是这些设计题的重点啦。 |

我的理解你说的第一个design阶段，就是OOA。但是通常这里要求设计的对象，默认都
是大家都知道的东西，比如chess game, vending machine, SVN。所以基本的功能需求
，可以说是明确的，的确是可以跳过这一步。因为面试者基本也就是要的现有功能。我
之前碰到的面试者基本不会要你去做这种详细的analysis,基本就是上来就问有哪些key
class （fzzh24的意思是：我们应该把话题引到回功能需求的讨论？我觉得这样子往
往在店面时会耗太多时间吧。）。我觉得这块最难，因为每个class内具体的method,
attribute，会有很多很多，面试者似乎也不需要你把它们都说出来。所以，我觉得最
困难的就是如何想到把面试者想听到的这些key class全部报出来，是最关键的。接下
来的pattern, 通常简单的subclass, composition 就能搞定面试者的需求。要是面试
者这时候提出一些具体的feature，往往就是引导你往现有class里加method，或者希望

关于OOA和OOD还有一点，可能大家都没注意到的是：这问题问的人是一个什么角色
如果那个人是搞系统架构的，你要回答的几乎就是high level design的东西，具体实
现环节，可以大胆假设已经有相关模块了。需要注意的是，这个时候系统功能会显的更
重要。这里不但是现有功能还要对可预测的新政功能留下支持的余地。
如果那人是个project leader，他会更关心detail design的东西。也就是说，上面那
些你假设已经有的东西，这里可能会对某一些要求你进行设计。
如果那人是个Sr Engineer，他会更关心implementation design，包括函数接口，变量
，数据库实现，并发等等
给个极端的例子，我给一个mananger问到“如何才能把你thesis做的东西，转换成产品
，并且卖给客户”。我的回答是从技术上说的。人家最后只说了一句话“我会告诉他，
我这产品能帮你省钱/赚钱” |
