自己去的lab？
你哪个州的？
先看一下你们州有没有啥州法可以处理类似的事情。我们NJ/NY都有法律约束这种
surprise bill，只要你首先去了INN的医生/医院，那么你就受法律保护。比如在手术
台上，你不可能去aruge麻醉医生到底在不在network里面。不过这种法律可能是我们左
臂州特色吧。。。。
你用的是大保险吗？可以去appeal试试看，我用过UHC和BCBS,感觉都还算讲理。如果感
觉保险不讲理的话，赶紧换吧，至少换一个有OON benefit的plan。这种surprise bill
血检/尿检是重灾区，很恶心。
没啥特别可行的办法。责任明显在医生，但是你去看医生前，应该已经签了一大堆的字
，基本上就代表着医生免责了。。。。
以后长些教训吧，美国这个医疗体系真的是毒瘤。看医生签字之前，在纸上留上相关的
statement比如说患者只同意血样送去xxxx检测，如果送去别的地方检测就是xxx医生违
背了患者的知情权，并签字日期。医生和诊断机构似乎都有利益勾结。我当初做MRI，

我不是车祸，是腰不舒服，怀疑腰椎间盘突出。开处方的医生是In network的，但他开
的那个MRI的诊所是OON，我反复确认了好几遍，那个医生说如果MRI找我要钱，他们给
付。
最后MRI找保险要5k多，保险公司付了2k多，然后还特意给我写了封信，说如果是被这
个MRI公司给黑了，千万联系他们，他们给我撑腰做主。。。。
以我的经验，一般copay10%的，好多私人诊所的医生就都懒得找你要了。比copay20或
者30块的那种其实总成本便宜不少。 |

阵子，醒的次数增加。现在9个多月情况有所改善，醒来不怎么哭闹了，就是坐起来，
要吃奶，或者尿尿，吃几口到头再睡，一晚上大概2-3次，睡眠时间12小时左右。
问了Ped,Ped说，co-sleep和胸喂是主要原因。我观察俺家娃，觉得一是，这时候娃长
到这个年龄有了更多的意识，比如害怕，所以开始哭闹增加。二是，确实有长牙的问题
。三是，肠胃问题，比如晚饭的副食和奶消化不好。四是，没有经过sleep train,娃醒
来不知道怎么睡着，困的不舒服所以哭闹。

。而且，虽然她在医院A有privilege，但是不会去那里接生，她所有的病人都在医院B。
根据我的保险政策（贴在下面），貌似宝宝的部分都是100% cover，但是医院的其它服
务，如果是Out of Network，有copay和deductible。

比较烂。。。。我们当时也做了这个检查，大概3k刀。OB先开给了一个lab，然后我们
去了，那个lab说不收我们的保险，就给我们转去了另一个in network的lab。中间没需
要我们额外查任何信息。
后来又做了一个检查，只能去一个out of network的lab（属于事先跟OB反复确认过，
说无论如何我们都不用额外付钱），收费2500，保险公司只保了500，然后给我们寄来
账单，同时还给我们寄来了一个州法的宣传页（NJ/NY），说那个lab 2500的收费他们

比在Costco用OON便宜多了。
尤其是加很多feature，比如什么high-index, transition什么的，
VSP关系店可能都全部cover， 自己不用多花一分钱。
去Costco只能配最basic的才行。 |

try to cut down ur backbone as much as possible, dependent on which vector
you use, this could be like 12-15kb, anything above 11/12kb is a bit
struggle and above 13/15 is a big one...
BTW, not my personal experience but common knowledge from the field, the
longest oone I worked is about 12kb I believe...it was fine...not great
though |
