女儿建的，现在又买了一大块地给他和他女儿各造了一栋，所以需要把这个卖了。
list price 44万，好学区，zillow价格是375500（我知道这个不准），town收税按照3

Of course - no studio will give such exclusivity in case they back th
e wrong horse. Don't even expect Warner to say "we will never release
a Blu-Ray Disc" or expect Columbia to say the same about HD-DVD. None
of the studios committed to DVD to that extent either during its launc
h phase (in fact, it took some studios nearly 2 years to commit to it
at all).

迷信也不能就盲目认为indoor猫没有outdoor猫健康啊。我的tech，不到5岁男猫，outd
oor放养，两个月前刚因为心脏肥大安乐了。而且，野猫有争地盘的问题，就这一点就涵
盖了“多猫，少空间，刺激”几种因素啦。
还要大喊一句，我家邻居的outdoor灰太郎哦，我们还奔过照片和视频的呢。去年冬天有
一天看到滚了一身泥啊。从那之后，就看到过他一次，然后就再也没见过了。很伤心。

oor上就有一个MFE现在管着十几个PhD,什么牛学校的都有。其他肯定还有很多我还不知
道的。做trading的就更多了。
其实作任何工作，都不一定要求你掌握全部相关的内容，关键是你能迅速学习和团队合
作，还有最重要的就是有责任心，办事牢靠 |

发帖数: 577 | 29 昨晚说到我有了申请俱乐部的想法，就私下写信给所有我提到的朋友，问他她们“我要去
申请俱乐部，你想参加吗？”出乎我意料，除一人外所有人都很热情地回应我，表示愿意
参加，一下子就有了三十几个会员了，以上这些就是ZION成立后的第一批成员。
俱乐部开张那天晚上，第一个要求加入的是YangYang. 其实她以前就在上任俱乐部成员名
单里，但是因为我不熟悉这个ID，就把她删了。这下才知道，原来她是一个著名ID的马甲
，而且这个ID是我仰慕很久但一直苦于没机会搭话的。真是意外之喜！虽然以前从来没机
会和她打交道，但是一接触，果然就是我心目中的那个样子的，极聪明极善良温柔亲切的
好姑娘。又一次体会了“白发如新，倾盖如故”的喜悦。：)
然后几天，陆陆续续有FRIDAYINLOVE(我觉得换人了，但是他说他没换)，RONG，YMDID，M
OOR，ZHANGMI要求加入。
虽然都是马甲，我完全不知道他她们都是谁，但是凭我的直觉(FT，女人的直觉)，我知道
他她们都是同类，都是朋友。：) 我的风格，一旦决定和你做朋友，马上就倾心接纳，
信人不疑了。不管你们是谁，有过什么历史，咱们朋友从此刻做起！ ^_^ |

犬儒主义没有任何“玩世不恭”的味道，一个人自以为是“人”，自以为幸福该如何如何
，自以为道德规范之于他(她)是恰当的。。。 为什么？也就是说，凭什么他(她)以相信
并接受传统的东西为融入社会的前提条件？
首先犬儒主义不是浅薄的怀疑主义，后者是懒人的一种安慰，因为它证明了愚人和贤者一
样有智慧。我们探求人生态度与社会传统的关系，并不单纯出于对已有习俗的怀疑，乃是
要寻求人生态度的真正含义。

一个自认“正派”的人通常情况下不会去标新立异特立独行(小Q举例：比如IZU，DANCEFL
OOR及所谓“变态”)，是因为他(她)对自己的“正派”没有足够的信心，大到可以阻挡社
会舆论对其造成的伤害。但其实这是荒谬的！。。。。。外在特征不能作为归类的标准。

我努力将这些特征与道德分类标准分开，对我来说，不参与某个道德规范的认可就是道德
自由。一个人有权力选择自己的道德标准，但没有权力将自己的个人道德标准强加于他人
(小Q按：就是我对BM/BF权力及其后果的思考)。社会道德规范在一个主张自由和发展的国
家里也应该同其它一些东西一样是自由的(小Q按 |
