我在纽约，最近和一个牙医有一个帐单的纠纷，大家看看应该怎么办：
1. 这个医生不是in network的，但我问他的时候，他说是in network的，大家知道，
in network和out of network的cover和maximum benefit都是不一样的。
2.看了两次以后，我发现了，就问他。他说他不知道为什么，但叫我不要担心，他只会
收我deductible, 剩下的他不会charge.
3. 去年去看他，他要做很多东西，我一再问他，会不会超出我的保险，他让我不要担

4. 看完以后一段时间，我看到保险公司的statement，超出了保险大约1500 (他是out
of network，不然的话，只超出900多），我立刻打电话给他，他和我说不要管，他不

5. 现在，过了几个月，我估计是他看我好久不去看他，就把帐单寄给我了。

in Intel with PHD background, it is a good hint what you should expect there
(most of the PHD in Intel are doing particle reduction, and defect analysis
, very narrow field.)
Fab experience is a good experience, having a taste of real mass production
is helpful to R&D to realize what is practical and important to focus on.
However, I won't recommend to be in fab production for long, that will

the match. I felt terrible and wish I have a better skill to control the

In my humble opion, the biggest difference between 3.5 and 4.0 match is that
most 4.0 are serve and volley, so both players on the net quickly and there
is no weak serve you can take advantage. obviously 4.0 have better skill
and the ball is faster and less UE. |
