i do have something to say about ur mindset. according to my experience at
work, you should always welcome/embrace any chanllenge, sometime, you should
even let your superior know that u r looking for changllengs. of cause if
the chanllenge is difficult, u should lay out the concerns you have, but
never turn it down. challenge in chinese also means oppotunity and it is
literally oppotunity in US company as well. |

oppotunities are in different companies. Pharmcaeutics also called
formulation development uses ready-to-used polymers, approved by FDA, as
excipients to manufacture differnt dosage forms. Polymer synthesis probably
have more oppotunities in excipient suppliers, such as Dow, FMC and etc. |

companies. The chip companies moved their factories to CHINA. There are a
lot of oppotunities for chinese folks. Most of them laid off and got new
jobs again. I didn't see any of them 流落街头.
