今天是本周第一次去扫，一张5off optimal solutions,1/6报纸当时买了两份，所以用
了两张5off shake,一张4 off any, 还有CVS官网打印出来的2off any vitamin, 不过
我们这里shake的价格是18.49,买一送一，所以最后算下来，是：
18.49-5crt-5mafc-5mfc-4mfc-2, 倒赚了2.5刀
当时还打印了今天官网上的CVS的果汁0.99刀一瓶的coupon，结果两瓶shake加一瓶果汁
后，coupon的钱还有剩余，小二说你再随便拿个东西吧，就随手拿了一袋CVS治咳嗽的
糖，最后一共掏了6毛多的税钱。
BTW，今天小二是个黑人mm，简直太nice了。本来那个4mfc是不能用的，当时只是想试
试，结果果然beep了，但是小二还是手动给减了～ |

请教一下这里的高手们关于SEO的问题。我有个朋友，每月花500美元让一个小公司（其
实也就一个人）做SEO,我帮他看了一下，感觉也就是Keyword加进了好多关键词，而且
网站有好长时间没更新了，以前还每个月出一期blog，现在有一年没更新了。不过
google搜一些关键词还是能在第一页上，但是我朋友的生意非常特殊，我总感觉就那些
Keyword里的关键词好像就够用了。不知大家对SEO有什么经验，我朋友还值得花这些钱

这个maxlik是别人开发外挂在Matlab上的，help写得不清楚，我不知道它的运行结果为
什么是这样的。我也不知道dfunc是不是gradient，看字面理解应该是吧？
要是有人用过maxlik或者matlab里的其他optimization function可能就知道。
我的函数现在是unconstrained。 |

optimization function，fminsearch什么的，看来只好换函数了。
不过那个旧函数，别说，如果要是算法够好，其实输入输出比较简单明了，所以我也以

, 如normalization, 黑板上给几个table, 要求写点复杂的SQL Query, 还有些indexing
的概念问题. 然后很详细的问了简历中所有的关于数据库的部分. 感觉这些人很懂, 一下
就抓住了project的要害(后来才知道, 他们中有四个是Ph.D.), 然后问了join的优化, 能
说出几种, 每种怎么实现, hash join在具体例子中的实现等等. 还问了一些算法,
如quick sort分析(不知为什么问这个). 他们的query optimization 的程序就有上百万
行, 让 我咋舌. 就这么多了, 面试得很累, 结果也不知道, 说到时综合讨论了通知. 再
次多谢指点. |

俺现在对SQL Server Optimizer 极为不满，it can never guaranty you it will use
the right index even right after you rebuild your indexes and updated
statistics.
Microsoft always recommend that DO NOT USE index hint unless it is the last
resort, but if you could not guaranty me to use those indexes I have
carefully maintained, how can I get ride of those hints?！
组里面一位貌似大牛说可能是IAM的问题，俺得好好研究一下。嗯，就酱紫。

面跑tomlab的optimization package，如果 Xeon E5520 + 6g 内存一次花500秒，那么
sandy 的2600k加12g内存要多长时间？用matlab做 统计里面的metropolis hastings
sampling 如何？老板让一次sample 1百万个，扔掉头10%。这个会不会很浪费我的生命
？大概一个3 x 3的矩阵外加10来个scalar变量。 |
