环球网记者范凌志报道，美国最新一期《外交政策》月刊称，美国政府可能会在奥
巴马12月18日抵达哥本哈根前宣布对台军售清单。根据台湾东森新闻11日消息，美国将
会透过德国取得原希腊向德国订制的4艘214级的传统动力潜艇，并将其转售台湾。
月刊称，美国对台军售清单不包括F-16C/D战机和柴电潜艇，而舆论认为美方可能
宣布出售的是60架“黑鹰”直升机。对此，路透新闻则说，美国国务院负责国防交易的
代理副助理国务卿科瓦奇(Robert Kovac)在国会听证会后说，行政部门已准备通知国会
对台军售的决定，包括黑鹰直升机及柴电潜艇，
台媒称，服役已经长达30年的“海龙”“海虎”潜艇，对于台湾海面下的军事防卫
已经太老了，台湾等了8年的潜艇采购案将“不会再落空”，台湾将会透过美国向德国
采购4艘214级的传统动力潜艇。而目前已知希腊、韩国、土耳其都在使用214级的潜艇。
据了解，德国214潜艇虽然号称攻击力更甚于俄制基洛级，但希腊海军之所以拒绝
