装了家庭cable，免费送optimum wifi，在我常活动的区域，都有coverage。
然后申请个google voice免费号码，可以免费打US/Canada。完全不需要
办手机计划。顶多一年花$10买个prepaid card，万一去没有coverage的
地方，偶尔用一下。 |

Without any paint correction it runs $595 to apply the Opti-Coat Pro. With a
single stage correction it runs $745. We cover the entire car including the

Given an array start from the first element and reach the last by jumping.
The jump length can be at most the value at the current position in the
array. Optimum result is when u reach the goal in minimum number of jumps.
For ex:
Given array A = {2,3,1,1,4}
possible ways to reach the end (index list)
i) 0,2,3,4 (jump 2 to index 2, then jump 1 to index 3 then 1 to index 4)

我家网络和电脑再纯洁不过了.就是小小孩儿玩点小GAME, 也没DOWNLOAD什么东西.
主要是WEBBROSING.
关键是四个电脑都慢.有时第二个电脑根本上不了网.
准备换回OPTIMUM了.

我同事说其实verizon fios也会match的，就是你现在用着optimum，然后给verizon打
电话，要他们match这些条件，其实因为商家竞争，也会给的。同事说verizon fios的
internet更快，不过我现在用着挺好，平时3个电脑看个ppstream, netflix都够了，我
觉得再快我也用不到，所以就没有额外考虑了
我当时拿到这个package是因为我从PA过来的时候，是从Comcast转到optimum的，所以
也是那种商家竞争，她们让我给fax一个我在PA comcast的statement，就给我这个优惠
了，那个都是3年前的事情了，我估计现在不用这个条件，价钱就一样了 :) |

关于合作, 可能我没有讲清楚. 但我行文当中, 好象没有暗示大家一定要在成立公司的
时候, 一定要7大姑8大姨的Teamup, 每个人都有多少股份. 我自己也是只有两个人. 我
说的是, 要合理的"借脑". 要Cooperate. 我说的更接近BNI (Business Network
International--大家随便Google一下就知道了)的Model. 我支持合作, 但并不支持硬
性的分割自己的股份. 我有个朋友, 用别人的服务,从来不愿意给钱, 相反, 是直接分
股份给别人, 总感觉股份不是钱似的. 结果现在公司已经完全变成会计师的了. 前车之
鉴.
关于扎堆. 我的意思大约是说, 我们可以挣开眼, 看看有没有别的选择. Options越多,
才能保证你的选择是Global Optimum(Maximum). 否则, 你的任何选择都是Local
Optimum.
房地产行业, 我何止知道很多华人在做, 我有很多中国朋友也都在做. 这个行业, 入行
和最后成功的, 大约是9:1的比例. 那为什么我要举这个行业呢? |

Global Optimum? 是的,我了做国际贸易. 我做设备和文具. 收入很可观. 如果自己有
优势, 何必放弃优势? 但我还是希望有更多的Options. 我很高兴我现在的侧重点已经

2, 关于房地产, 我不知道你从哪儿来数据, 说国人都做得不错. 我们Office在三个州
都有Reciprocal License. 我和很多Office关系不错. 但据我所知.在美国读书的国人
里, 很少做. 其它的华人做的, 也不见得收入高. 而且华人特别富有的, 好象也避免找
我身边的老中买房子. 这些数据找MLS 历史数据, 很容易查出来.

greedy，就是入点一定要等global optimum，
出点找local optimum
两边都找最佳值不可能 而且风险太大 还不如
进的时候用maximum greedy状态。出的时候用

打电话去Cancel，被告知现在有一个 More for Less 的Deal，电话，电视，和网络加
上HBO和CCTV4 一共$128 (税后)
Keep Optimum 的同志们可以去试试。
至于为什么Keep Optimum 而不要便宜的Fios 和 Comcast？唯一的原因就是Cable
Vision 从来没听说过抓download。 |

FiOS虽然连美国网站快，但是考虑到FiOS连国内网站慢，以后还打算买个机顶盒通过网
上连国内电视台和优酷视频啥的，加上可能因为DNS的原因而不稳定，所以还是不订
FiOS了。
BTW，FiOS有50刀的activation fee，以前能免，但从今年10月起都不能免；optimum有
20刀的install fee，自己安装的话可以免。除此之外两者都没其他fee了，只有tax了
（internet only）；都没有rebate。 |

人都怎么做的。俺的标准a5 buffer system和BCM Gov Profile 14.5 /16 midlength都
配过，很弱的55 gr PMC完全没问题，防身的5.56肯定要猛些，俺们这没机会打钢壳。
optimum barrel profile是好东西，LW我也喜欢，Gov在14.5/16上已被我抛弃了。
我现在的两把middy，都非常smooth
一把16寸optimum barrel profile + A5 System （根本木有后坐）
一把16寸BCM Light Weight + ST-T2 buffer (稍微预防下打猛药的over gas) |

creatine对冲平台有帮助
其他supplement的效果都是marginal的，如果钱多不怕烧，一天吃10~20g的
BCAA和glutamine
BCAA和glutamine都分几次，特别是训练前后跟着粉和，glutamine留3~5g睡前吃
据说可以促进生长素分泌
这俩我都是买optimum的，以前吃胶囊，后来直接买粉剂了 |
