光荣号（Glory）卫星任务是搜集悬浮微粒及太阳辐射的数据，供分析对气候的影响，原要运行3年，但前天自加州的空军基地发射失败，葬身南太平洋。
NASA运行中的13颗地球观测卫星有12颗早该报废，2007年美国国家科学院就指出，NASA的地球观测系统「有崩溃的危险」。
12老卫星难退役
但近年NASA研究气候的预算不断遭删减，加上2009年发射的另一颗「嗅碳」卫星，同样因「金牛座」（Taurus XL）火箭保护罩未脱离而落海，因此老卫星无法退役。造火箭的「轨道科学」（Orbital Sciences）公司表示，已改善保护罩抛掷系统设计，不料同样错误前天再现，让不认同全球暖化是人为造成的部分共和党政客，更有藉口再删预算。

美国的太空梭计画始于1981年4月12日，五艘太空梭中，「挑战者号」于1986年发射时

而且一点常识也没有“最低高度为480公里，否则就会掉下来”，高度一百多公里，甚
至小于100公里的卫星多了。而且这个白痴根本就不知道为什么气象卫星要运行在太阳同
步轨道上，可能他根本就不知道什么是太阳同步轨道——

一般来说 元件scale 越小 quantum fluctuation 就越大 这时候特容易产生tunneling
和 co-tunneling.
当这个22nm device用到手机上的时候 估计都不让带手机上飞机了 要不然tunneling信
号真的会强烈干扰通讯塔
特别是3月份日本核污染漂流全球 空气中射线加强 这时候电子特别容易被excited to
higher level 在excitation过程中产生的spin-orbit coupling 简直对于周围的电磁

美国卫星「光荣号」升空仅3分钟就坠海 124亿泡汤
美国航空暨太空总署（NASA）前天发射用于研究全球暖化的卫星「光荣号」，但搭载卫
星的火箭「金牛座」升空3分钟，就因保护罩未脱离而坠海，耗资4.24亿美元（约124亿
元台币）的计划泡汤。一样的失败事件2年前也曾上演，气候变迁研究再受重挫。
光荣号（Glory）卫星任务是搜集悬浮微粒及太阳辐射的数据，供分析对气候的影响，
原要运行3年，但前天自加州的空军基地发射失败，葬身南太平洋。
NASA运行中的13颗地球观测卫星有12颗早该报废，2007年美国国家科学院就指出，NASA
的地球观测系统「有崩溃的危险」。
12老卫星难退役
但近年NASA研究气候的预算不断遭删减，加上2009年发射的另一颗「嗅碳」卫星，同样
因「金牛座」（Taurus XL）火箭保护罩未脱离而落海，因此老卫星无法退役。製造火
