这大概要看 "access" 怎么定义。
如果是通过任何手段“主动”影响，那么就跑不掉了。如果说完全因为别人同情，我觉
得不算 access。另外，即使是有能力“主动”影响，也不见得就一定有谎言，有内幕
在里面，只是说如果怀疑有内幕的话，这种“主动”的影响会使得公众人物一方更强势
，因而法律应该更倾向于另一方。

因为选了《人体结构与功能》这门课，我无聊时也会在图书馆翻翻最新医学相关杂志。
在一本叫“基因”（还是“遗传”？）的专业杂志上看到一篇文章。
是一篇以人体已退化器官来追溯人类分化发展的文章。
说男性目前还都有结构跟女性一样的乳腺组织，和没用了的子宫结构。
然后后面那句话汗死我了……

But it costs a lot to finish an MFA degree and the department ordinarily won't
provide financial support.and there are a lot of graduate studnets who have
their undergraduate degrees from the best universities, like Harvard, Wesley,
etc and these guys do know a lot. it's difficult to compete with them. |

课程。
查了一圈，觉得montana的条件比较宽松，但好像中国人报的特别特别少，有点奇怪，
不知道是不是存在我可能不知道的问题呢？它要求要美国税法或者经济法吗？对拿执照
的工作经历要求严厉吗？我看里面写的having performed accounting and auditing
functions ordinarily required in the practice of public accounting，非firm也
可以。但不知道是不是一定要与public accounting相关性很强？
另外，华盛顿的要求ssn吗？考试全部pass后成绩有有效期吗？他的网站好像没有写清楚
我这种情况还有其他合适的州推荐吗？加州和关岛好像都是需要上司是cpa的，我希望
选择拿执照条件比较宽松的。非常感谢各位！ |

发帖数: 5697 | 20 Arsenate也就是AsO4(3−)是phosphate analogue，也就是说对蛋白酶来讲，AsO4(3−)和PO4（3-）无区别，所以细菌的enzyme完全可以把它错当PO4（3-）使用，加入DNA和protein里，这个没有多大意义，你们还争论用不用分析化学鉴定，没意思
最主要的是As妨碍普通细胞的呼吸oxidative phosphorylation，普通细胞没法在As下生存，不可能繁殖
但是这种几年前就被发现了的细胞有酶可以中和As，还可以靠As呼吸， 所以可以靠As生长，所以在用As替换P的环境下繁殖，就丝毫不足为奇了
所以更有意义的发现不是As替代P， 而是细菌可以在As里繁殖。这是个老消息了，可怜NASA不要脸，又玩花样骗钱
早就说过了，NASA是个很可怜的机构，在资本主义社会中没有任何存在的意义，所以要向好莱坞学习，不停搞出新闻来，才可以吸引缴税人民的注意力，搞研究经费

如果A1+A2是A的一个分割，那就是很典型的2-partition问题，也就是ordinarily NP-
Hard，可以有动态规划的算法解决
个人以为，此题如果A1+A2不是A的分割，那么搜索空间比分割情形下更大了。。。 |

我们不再多谈。在以前CIS最为挑剔的并不是在于申请人必须要满足基本条件，而是在
