人类的历史写作仿佛是一种竞争——挖掘者与那种掩盖史实的力量之间的竞赛。太多的
显赫一时的人物在死后迅速被忘却，或者因为事功肤浅，声名虚张，或者因为某种党派
立场或集体心理，成为心照不宣的禁忌。如果说历史学家的使命是最大限度地复原历史
事实的本来面目，那么打破禁忌、挖掘真相便是历史写作的题中应有之义。
罗伯逊先生的这本巨著正是这样的正本清源之作。对于英国历史有所涉猎的读者都会知
道，发生在距今300多年前的对于查理一世的审判是一起意义重大的事件，查理一世在
断头台上慷慨赴死的一幕也是人们津津乐道的历史大场面之一。但是，正如罗伯逊所言
，人们对于这场审判中的一位关键人物，起草了起诉书并且在法庭上对查理一世进行指

圖書資訊的法定送存制度是一個國家完整蒐藏文獻資料非常重要的一個來源與方式。經
由法定送存制度，接收送存品的國家圖書館得以完整地、有系統地收集該國當代的政治
、經濟、文化、科技的發展紀錄。並將這些人類共同的文化、記憶、歷史等資料提供所
有人研究利用，也是留給後代子孫重要的文化資產。因此，法定送存制度自西元1537年
由法國國王法蘭西一世(Francis I)頒佈施行的「曼皮爾敕令」(The Montpellier
Ordinance)至今約四、五百年，已是國際上的趨勢，世界上各先進國家的國家圖書館，
都有依法徵集國內圖書資訊的任務和功能，只是所依據的法源及送存份數各有不同。
我國法定送存早期規定於出版法，民國88年元月出版法廢止，國內圖書資訊的徵集暫時
中斷，所幸相關規定已明訂於圖書館法，該法並於民國90年元月正式公佈施行，使我國
圖書資訊的徵集得以繼續。其中第二條、第十五條、第十八條明訂圖書、期刊、報紙、
視聽資料、電子媒體的出版品皆應於發行時送存國家圖書館及立法院國會圖書館各一份

力，96陈露的拉二是女子自由滑可以说巅峰之作，十几年后仍然可以屹立不倒，KWAN当
年能赢陈露也是备受争议的，很多人都认为陈露应该赢的，因为6.0体制下，自由滑偏重艺术分高
的取胜，陈露先出场，艺术分拿了个2个满分6.0，及其罕见，本来应该稳坐冠军的，陈露的基本功很
扎实，但是JUMP LAYOUT不是特别难，一般就是3-2，而且3-2也是接TOE LOOP，不是高难度的
后接LOOP，俄罗斯的大卡小卡是喜欢接LOOP的所以跳跃难度高，而且陈露也没有计划3-3，
倒是KWAN原计划有3T-3T,但是跳成了DOUBLE，所以3-3也没成成了3-2，KWAN在节目最后临时塞
进了一个3T，这样区别是KWAN一共7个三周跳跳足，而陈露只有6个三周跳，而且KWAN的步法跟旋
转比陈露都要好，所以KWAN的技术分赢了，要比艺术分，KWAN当年只有15岁，滑的是SALOME，曲
目的领悟超越自己的年龄，也非常出色，KWAN的艺术分结果也拿了两个满分6.0，最终长节目

Seattle restaurants are warning that the looming hike in the city’s minimum
wage to $15 an hour could soon force them to cut back their staffs and
raise prices.
For an industry with a slim profit margin to start with, the wage hike could
