俺LD的洗脑，出去吃饭是肯定不会有ORGANIC的，但终究
大部分吃饭还是在家里，那能避免一些荷尔蒙是一些。。
IDEALY肯定是全ORGANIC最好。如果要分优先的话，俺觉得
CUT的循序：牛奶，鸡肉，鸡蛋，猪牛肉，鱼，水果蔬菜。
俺LD还给过俺一份清单，说水果蔬菜的差别也很大(主要是
杀虫剂)，有的吸收杀虫剂很厉害，那就尽量买有机，有的
几乎根本不吸收，那就无所谓。。 |
