美国用的减肥药主要两种，一种是影响大脑神经传导小分子，一种是作用肠道防止脂肪
吸收
没有直接作用激素的效果，跟卵巢问题完全不搭边呀
如果有名字我可以查查，不然美国常用的这几个减肥药：phentermine, topiramate,
orlistat都没这个作用 |

Orlistat works by preventing the absorption of some of the fat you eat. The
fat passes out of your body, so you may have bowel changes. You may get:
* Gas with oily spotting.
* Loose stools.
