发帖数: 231 | 1 小弟从07年六月底开始学球（学校开的课，感觉那个本科小老师还没有课上的一些老美
学生打的好，不过学校的课便宜，呵呵）。平时主要在local的一个在大虾们看来很简
单的小练习场（9-hole, par36, about 3100yds）。直到冬天来临（11月中），成绩最
后比较稳定在42～47。 由于使用的球杆过于老旧（十几年前的杆），这个冬天在ebay
上买了一些二手的球杆，主要是以下：
Driver: Taylormade R5 TP 9.5 degree
Putter: Odyssey 2-ball SRT white hot XG
Iron set: Taylormade RAC OS2 with graphite shaft
现在，我的问题就是在这套iron。 试了试，好像不是很适合自己。就像你们说的，
graphite确实不如steel的控制性好（虽然能更远一些）。但是这套杆+steel shaft又
好像有点太重 （oversized head）。看了ET的帖子，好像版主对ping i5比较推崇，能
不能给点儿review。还有，他的那个什么green dot, black |

OS2 with graphite shaft, you need to pay at least $400-$500. Here for this
one with a condition of 8.5/10, $240 should be a nice deal. As I said, just
want sell quick.

os2 is a super game-improvement iron set, i5 is a hybrid of player iron and
game -improvement or more like the "game improvement iron category".
can't compare to each other.
normally, super game-improvement iron is supposed to be cheap, and lost its
value quick. the player iron, like blades, are most expensive .
why ping? 'coz ping is the only brand which is still making its club in the
states . they r pround of being "made in usa". but seems the new 10
series |

You iron, Rac os2 is target to beginner, since beginner often slice the ball
. so I guess taylormade make the beginner iron more upright trying to
eliminate slice. If you look at the spec of some player's iron, such as R7
TP or rac MB TP, you will find out they are more flat. I falls into the
standard range too by looking at that chart. But a fitting session (Free in
a golf show) indicated I need 2 degree flat. I play a set of ping iron with |

动。去年才买的Taylor made rac OS2, 现在八只铁杆中共有四支这样。
我去找了一个taylor made的authorized retailer，从taylor made的网上查的。店里
人说这个只是装饰，不影响打球。我有点不信。他说，I swear to god. I won't do
anything to it.
大家看看怎么办，是不是应该从新再找另一个authorized retailer。不会什么时候挥
杆把杆头会出去吧。 |

地方都不允许有苹果的产品，包括电话，我觉得这个有点过了，太没有
盖茨的风度了，我现在看来，盖茨是一个盗世奸雄，尤其是他把OS2搞
掉的手法，太小人了，而乔布斯是一个经过人生大风大浪，从一无所有
到离开苹果，然后又回来，然后又得了癌症，人生能有的起伏都有了，
所以，从一个人来讲，我觉得他比盖茨高，他的人生更能称为“人生”。 |

有一个谣传，不过真实性很大：
当时IBM，看到他的apple IIe很成功，也想进入个人电脑市场，（之后IBM PC是当今最
成功的产品）要用他的apple IIe系统（好像是CPM）,他却吊起来卖，不睬IBM，IBM多
次跟他联络，都不睬，然后，微软的Bill Gates，却跪求IBM用他的DOS，IBM根本不睬
Bill Gates,最后就是因为乔布斯太骄傲，IBM只好用DOS，造出全世界最有钱的人，所
以后来乔布斯很恨Bill Gates，再来就是Bill Gates因为对IBM有戒心，暗中把IBM的
OS2系统搞坏，发展自己的windows，然后把IBM踢走。
Bill Gates才是最精明的businessman，不过他很奸，所以今天IBM还非常恨Bill Gates。
有几件是事实，乔布斯很恨Bill Gates，他自己对媒体说(临死前），IBM发表对微软的
不满，不
再用微软。
恐怕这是乔布斯一生中最大的错误，不然，没有Bill Gates这个人 |

你说NT技术不新，当年他可是同时支持各种CPU和Win32/Win16/DOS/OS2/POSIX界面的，
这能不叫New Technologies吗？而且当时MacOS是什么水平，你知不知道？就是一个增
强版的Windows 3.1而已。
MacOS X是Unix变种，什么意思。意思就是Apple搞不出自己的东西，只好求助于Unix了
。一个Linux/FreeBSD的追随者是不可能接受Mac这种暴利、封闭、提成式的商业模式的
。我老unix很懂，当年SCO Unix和Slackware 2.x都是用的飞飞的。
MacOS，BSD UNIX family，NEXTSTEP。Android的内核也是UNIX/Linux的一种。学一点
这方面的常识吧。 |
