class。不知道高人们怎么解决这种问题？

- The cuts in OSG were mostly about meeting the ratio (2:1 dev to test).
This is why it was testers cut. There have been no words yet about strict

我自己把船们分了四大类：1) 散货船,运各种乱七八糟的东西，比如汽车，建筑材料啥
的，主要是ALEX, ISH；2)干货船，运除了油以外的commidities，股价和BDI正相关，
主要是DSX, NM, EXM, PRGN, OCNF，GNK，EGLE；3) 专门运油的船，和油价成正比，和
BDI关系反而不大，主要是FRO,TK和OSG；4）船只租赁，比如DRYS, DAC，他们似乎自己
不运货。
选股的几个原则：1)一定要一直盈利；2)P/E低过行业平均(8以下);3)运commodities和
oil为主，就是说，是船运公司，不是船只租赁(比如DAC、DRYS大概只能算租赁)；4)手
上大多数的contracts延续到2010年到2011年;5)过去2年没有过大规模的dilute。
所以我的watch list如下（排名不分先后）：
ISH;
DSX, PRGN;
FRO, OSG
最好不要碰得：
OCNF，DRYS（dilute的太夸张了。。。）,DAC（在它头上亏过钱，有心理阴影。。。）
操作的原则：

predict it may get rescinded or pushed back as the deadline approaches.
My wife was a v- dev for the last few years (she just left for an FTE offer

2. 最近几个产品开发过程中， 测试成为了拉产品后腿的负能量而受到很多抱怨 （WTF
is testability?）
3. 测试工具，代码是测试部门为了升级所创造出来的虚拟概念。99%的测试代码是垃圾
，99%有效的虫来自于人工测试。
4. 软件公司的工程师， 如果写不出产品质量的代码，就是浪费公司资源。如果写得出

中国人语言弱势，不擅长象老印那样长期呆在工作环境里巴结上司，但在business需要
时短暂地讨好巴结一下大公司里的经理，中国人应该能做得到吧。那样就可以开CCC，
努力公关，做微软之类大公司的生意
CCC开到一定规模，就ICC帮印度人一样，帮助中国学生留美甚至国内中国人来美提供身
份庇护，办H1和绿卡等等。。。

CCC，利用在微软内部的connection做vendor生意
当然，没有被雷的中国人，只要在微软内部有点人脉，更可以和别人合伙开此类公司，
分一杯微软外包潮流的羹。。。
虽然可能拉到的业务暂时只是ICC指缝间漏下的残羹，但总比把这块business全部都拱
手让给ICC好很多很多，而且有了起步，以后只会越来越有竞争力。
总之，IT行业的中国人，不要光想着当高级雇员，要学习华人开中餐馆的精神，象开餐
馆一样
