Differentiation of myeloid progenitor into monocyte/osteoblast/osteoclast
could be influenced. We have litter evidence for it, but not enough.
We found there is more osteoclast in KO mice compared to WT ctl at the same
age. and bone density is less compared to control mice.
As for your suggestion: Meyloid progenitor 分化成monocyte/osteoblast/
osteoclast那一类细胞的分化通路受到影响了么.

现在在申请eb1b，除了给老板的journal review了6次，别人找他的杂志他forward给我
两次之
外，想再多一个或两个journal review。 律师说中国的杂志都可以。我不想麻烦老板
，虽然他人不
错，但是我想他一定不喜欢我这么做，因为我现在手上除了试验要做还有两篇文章要写
。但是身份的事

condition is severe
calcium and D works on promoting bone formation by osteoblasts
bisphosphonates work by blocking bone degradation by osteoclasts
But in old people, you can't make them building new bones like a developing
child. Mostly they are not building any new bones
Therefore, slowing or stopping bone degradation is the key in saving her

发帖数: 863 | 12 不仅要做cmp/mep/gmp lt-hsc/st-hsc/mpp staining,还要有完整的lineage analysis:
erythroid: ter119/cd71, myeloid: Gr1, mac1， B cell lineage: CD19, B220 T
cell lineage: CD4,CD8。这些外周血、骨髓，spleen都做一下.对于block of
differentiation,主要还是FACS和giemsa-wright stain来确定。
还有为了排除microenvironment的影响，还要把KO mice的bm移植给wt mice。至于
osteoclast,最近认为lymphnoid progenitor会呆在osteoblast旁边，并受cxcl12调控
。去年的ASH也有人在osteoblast overexpress beta-catenin可以导致leukemia的
