Phil G's life coach. Very good book about poker emotion management etc.
When you are not on your game, your EV in game is negative. Quitting
is the best option. For any live poker sessision, the single most important
decision is when to quit. When we play long live session , we should keep
asking ourself" can I still play my best game or decent game? " , if not,
best option is to quit.

lot of pressure on them.
Also, when we have strong hand/nuts, we want to our opponent commit a lot
of chips in early street and face a tough decision in later street, while
villion has a marignal hand but already committing a lot of money in the
pot against us. On the other side, we should try to avoid putting ourself in that spot.

much and your winning rate is too limited. The winning rate is discounted a
lot in 1-2NL by dealer toke and rake. So keeping playing 1-2NL may not
justify the time you spend on poker. That is also the reason that I hate
to play 2/5 NL(less than 200BB) ,still kind of wasting time.
