等等出了问题，一般还是可以fix的。LSE的问题是latency，远远超过了
竞争者，这才是不管花多少钱都重写的原因。
像这样的项目，LSE不差钱，不是上不起好硬件。MS赔钱赚吆喝都愿意。
上的肯定也是最好的工程师，整成这样只能说整个Windows+.Net stack
天生有缺陷。LSE换到Linux之后latency就下来了，后来的crash据说
是human error。但不管如何，Linux/Java上有的是成功例子，NYSE可比LSE
大多了。LSE基本上断了所有.Net在类似系统上被部署的可能。 |

in recent years. Even it's been 8 years since LSE itself had
an outage like this. TradElect only went online for a little
more than 1 year. So LSE better be accident free for the next
decade to beat its previous system to back up claims like

出了相应的修改，在前方列车由于特殊原因LOSE COMMUNICATION的情况下，BYPASS了列
车强行停车的安全模式，我没有接触过列车的控制系统，不过各种控制系统有相似相通
的地方，如果要人为BYPASS一个重要的安全模式，控制室操作人要要给系统一个FORCE,
简单地说就是，如果控制系统前方列车出现LOSS COMMUNICATION的警报，人为的FORCE
强行给出系统正常的信号，从而BYPASS紧急停车的控制模块，以保证列车的正常运行
，这可能是为什么追尾列车在前方列车停车且由于LIGHTING失去COMMUNICATION一直显
示绿灯的原因。在这里，所有的系统FORCE OR BYPASS只在控制系统测试时使用，系统
正常运行时所有的 FORCE OR BYPASS要经过相应授权的工程技术部门，安全管理部门和
生产管理部门的相应书面授权才可以的。
