withdrawals during the latest week, Lipper data showed on Thursday, adding
to a trend of outflows from actively managed mutual funds that has lasted

Taxable bond funds recorded $2 billion in outflows during the latest week,

US dollar more valuable/tight supply => money outflow from other countries
in exchange of US dollar => gold sold by other countries in exchange of
money reserve => money outflow from gold;
Bond price drop/yield up => bond is more attractive => money inflow to bond;
Ideally, money out of gold should support bond price not to drop too much.
The key is that gold price needs to drop more rapidly than bond price. We

中国前一段经济繁荣期，很多人都认为明天，明年都会比今天，今年好，
所以一堆人都是拼命举债，也要赶上房地产的快车。
在繁荣期，的确是这样的，早上车的的确都赚到了。
但是，问题是，现在经济进入调整期，甚至衰退期， 很多人的工作开始
朝不保夕，而不是越来越好，跟人们的预期有了偏差。而房地产价格，还是
只涨不降，政府甚至出来稳住市场。
政府的目标是，既要降库存，又不能降价，简直是把自己当成神仙一样。
这个地产大泡沫，就一直僵在那里。
按照美国1990年代，打垮日本的节奏， 美帝只有打崩中国的房地产，才能把
中国打垮。
看起来， 人民币汇率是个突破口，只要打压的中国人民币大幅贬值，人民币又不得不
升息，我看这个房产大泡沫就很难顶住。
中国政府也明白，所以不愿意人民币大幅贬值，或者市场化，就在市场上不断抛出美元
来干预市场。
中国的外汇数据， 到底有多少牌，中国自己最清楚，别人只是估算。
但是，从中国最近一直是贸易顺差，又强制结汇，但是中国自己公布的
外汇储备却在一直下降来看。
中国的外资出逃，或者美元出逃势头还是挺猛的。
