发帖数: 30 | 2 前天刚通过patent bar考试。没有及时预约时间，导致只能拿到下午1：30开始考，一
直考到晚上才考完。考前出电脑故障，我的patent bar考试调不出来，换了一台电脑也
不行，前台人员打电话给技术部门，我问是否有人来修说没人会来，我心说完了估计要
回家了因为没有技术人员来但是前台的人看起来不懂电脑比方说她直接按电源键强行关
机怪不得电脑会出故障，但是我到月底就过期了，还得重新申请考试资格重新复习熟悉
等等。在烦躁加沮丧中等到快两点，忽然又通知考题能调出来了，赶紧进去坐下开考。
上半场考得不好，情绪受点影响，但是主要原因是开始不太适应，而且题似乎更难些。
下半场感觉很好，感觉命中率很高。版上有人说高频题很多，但是我的高频题比较少，
只有10到12道，总体而言难度比旧考题难一点。
我开始用一个旧复习材料，孤陋寡闻的我后来才知道有新的statute，又上ebay买了
2014年的PLI。开始是两眼一摸黑，到靠前突击准备最终顺利通过，前后花了不到150小
时。我从这里获取过一些有用的信息，所以也分享一下经验作为回馈。希望本文所谈的

一、先想先写最后做:
1. 做研究之前，必须想清楚：结果能不能发表？发表在哪里？
2. 先把文章大框写好，空出数据，等做完实验填完空就可以发了；正所谓心中有沟壑！
3. 在未搞清“写什么、发哪里、自己研究与同类研究有何出色之处”之前，就不要动
手做！
4. 继续去看文献，去想；想不清楚就做还不如不做！
5. 要想这样做，就得先看文献！要知道如何把文章架起来、要知道别人是如何讨论的
、要知道自己的数据是不是说明了与别人不同的东东或别人没有做过……这个过程就是
阅读文献及思考的过程，这些搞清楚了，写就简单了！
6. 要是先做事，做完发现别人做过，或无法用理论来解释，岂不是冤大头？

2. 以复读机形式和李将军进行争论。实验过程的原则如下：
a. 为避免争论内容对实验结果的影响，本实验使用的帖子不含实际内容，且内容重复
，以避免争论的内容对实验结果的干扰。
b. 不回李将军的贴，以避免对李将军sample的contamination。
以上措施在一定程度上避免了其他因素的干扰。是已有实验所未采用过的方法。
3. 反复进行40分钟，检验李将军的回帖过程。发现李将军确实做到了发争论中的最后
一贴，从而支持了上面提到的理论。
4. 李将军还就实验通告进行了抢发最后一贴的过程，但后来主动放弃。我们认为这种
行为可以按outliner处理。
实验总结：
本次实验验证了有关李将军的理论，支持李将军在争论中喜欢抢发最后一贴的断言。
未来的研究方向：
本次实验结果虽然支持最后一贴理论，但毕竟样本空间有限。未来应增大样本空间，并

五七干校是“文化大革命”（以下简称“文革”）的产物之一，是1968～1979年期间在
贯彻落实毛泽东“五·七”指示的名义下举办的干部集中学习和劳动的学校。1966年5
月7日，毛泽东在一封信中提出军队应该是一个大学校，“这个大学校，学政治、学军
事、学文化。又能从事农副业生产。又能办一些中小工厂”，“又能从事群众工作”，
“又要随时参加批判资产阶级的文化革命斗争”，［1］这封信通常被称为“五·七”
指示。1968年5月7日，黑龙江省革委会在庆安县创办了全国第一所五七干校——柳河五
七干校，将“五·七”指示确立为五七干校的办校方针。9月30日，毛泽东看过《柳河
“五·七”干校为机关革命化走出条新路》一文后，作出了“广大干部下放劳动”的重
大指示。［1］（p.573）10月5日，《人民日报》发表了《柳河“五·七”干校为机关
革命化提供了新的经验》一文，并在编者按中向全国传达了毛泽东的指示。全国上下随
