local来得，map就是其中重要卖广告途径。等于说iPhone免费给狗狗提供一个卖春场所
，结果狗狗却搞来一个老鸡，好几年不更新，还不会叫春。同时用iPhone用户的数据养
了一个年轻貌美又会turn by burn叫的在Android妓院狂卖。所以aapl还不如搞个能叫
的自己卖广告。对于开车的人来说，turn by turn voice direction 绝对是必要的功
能，一边开车一边看地图绝对不安全。
而且这个地图软件的质量确实跟使用用户数量有关，象traffiic data就非常依赖于gps
用户的反馈数据。另外地图数据的准确性也非常依赖用户对error的report。地图数据
公司提供的数据好些都是未经确认更新的，apple map 刚开始使用这些数据，必然须要
有一定的时间去修正这些错误，据说apple在印度也雇了几千人开始手工修地图。

u seem to have confused "Risk Management in Banking" with "Investment
Banking". most ppl working in Risk Management are mostly first-gen
immigrants and good at math/statistics. When it requires deeper knowledge
there are far less Indians in the industry.
Indians can dominate in IT is primarily because of the BS culture in this
country; or that's what they call "leadership". Americans do that too but
they are outnumbered by Indians in IT as well since many Americans don't
want to work in IT. |
