朝鲜战争中有中美战史上光荣的一页，那就是长津湖战役。当时，美军分东西两线向中
国边境挺进。其中东线为由ALMOND将军指挥的第十集团军(X CORPS)。其攻击目标是中
朝边境的长津湖区域。该地又称长津水库，是一个将长津江截流形成的人工湖泊，上有
水电站若干。 美军前锋已到鸭绿江边，对着对岸，向江中小便（注一）。
X CORPS司令ALMOND给其师长们的指令是：“Don't let a bunch of Chinese
laundrymen stop you." 在美国排华法案下，美国华人从事的主要职业就是开洗衣店。
而且开洗衣店还被美国当地政府制定歧视性条款加以限制。旧金山市政条例就规定，洗
衣店不能开在木头房子里，结果有华人不服，继续在木房子里开洗衣店，被逮捕入狱。
这是一个著名的案例。在朝鲜战争前，美国加州宪法的人权法案部分有一章CHINESE例
外，特意把华人排除在出去，不享受人权。

战斗前1天美7师31团的部署：
从左到右是xx山头、老秃山头、猪排山头，从左到右是第2、第4 (哥伦比亚营）、第3
营。1营是堵2,4,3营阵地的缺口的。
3月23日晚，志愿军423团占领老秃山头表面阵地，哥伦比亚营死伤20%，剩余人员被压
入地下坑道地堡。
3月24日晨到25日晚，美陆军31团1营的A,B,C三个连反攻老秃山头表面阵地，死伤失踪
300人但未能夺回山头表面阵地。联系美空军要用航弹于26日晨进行大规模轰炸。
美空军26日晨轰炸前，25日晚26日晨的某个时候，美军认为志愿军为防空袭而放弃了老
秃山头表面阵地（美军没发现老秃山头表面阵地有动静），被压入老秃山头地下坑道地
堡的哥伦比亚人借此机会于26日晨逃回美军当时的控制线(UNC)。

发帖数: 503 | 23 自从去年六月首登Mt Whitney耗时近20小时以后，一直耿耿于怀，希望能够再登一次。
今年permit难拿，又错过了surfingcat他们两周前的一次机会，眼看今年可能无法成行
了。原本beijinglynx刚提出走C2C的时候，看到小二黑动心了，我也有些心动。Labor
Day期间在Mt Whitney permit网站上看到9/6有四个名额，赶紧打电话过去问时只剩三
个了，联系了yonex和manfromearth，一致认为机不可失。
头天下午五点多赶到拿permit的Visitor Center，居然还没下班，本来申请了night
box，结果也没用上。在motel checkin，到Pizza Factory吃晚饭，然后到Alabama
Hills的小径去走走，看看那有名的怪石，顺便消消食。
第二天早上2:30起床，感觉只比上次睡得稍好一点点。3:55从trailhead出发，2小时后
到达Outpost Camp，此时天也快亮了。从Outpost Camp到Trail Camp这一段历经Mirror
Lake、Trailside Meadow，加上天刚亮，风景十分优美。 |

发帖数: 5023 | 26 你说得对！289是2007以前的真题，由于考试范围改变，是有很多新的东西没有覆盖，
比如TVaR之类。但一般manual里面都会指出哪些是新东西，outpost上面也有一个帖子
总结了289没有覆盖的内容。这些内容只能找ASM题目练习了。
我强调289的原因是，289加 May 2007是最接近真题的。Abe自己出的题目跟真题差别还
是很大的，Abe的题目过于复杂，计算难度大，但叙述方式又直截了当。做Abe题目多了
，会不适应真题。就像有人在outpost上说的，SOA总是能够出一些叙述奇怪的题目，让
写manual的人很难模仿，但其实真正需要算的步骤不多。
所以说，考前还是应该多看SOA自己的题目，适应其独特的叙述方式。

我前一阵刚刚一次通过。
我虽然非常非常讨厌FAP（参见以前的抱怨贴），但是我觉得FA的grader还是很不错的
。（前一阵有一个FA grader在outpost上回答了很多问题，相当nice。后来可能他说的
太多了，SOA不爽，他的大部分帖子被删了，呵呵。）
我觉得FA最重要的是真正的理解整个project，然后回答所有问题，并且要说的make
sense。整个FA大概要写20来页，如果你半懂不懂，其实很容易被看出来的。我觉得只
要grader看出你确实明白了，而且没有漏题，就会让你过的。outpost上有一个survey
，50%一次过，当然了样品比较小。
如果没过，说明两位不同grader都觉得你没过。因为过程是，第一个grader说你过你就
过；如果第一个grader不过，会有第二个再看你的卷子，如果第二个不过你就fail了；
如果第二个过，会有第三个grader再阅一遍，最后这个有最终决定权。
所以所有不过的都是两位grader觉得你不过，我觉得基本上就是你没有真正理解题。
