some of them can outrun me easily (my regular workout is P90X), especially a
46 year old black guy named Kevin, and most important thing is, they always
hustle and play good D, the pick and roll on half court, rotation on D is
mostly on point, I also played pick up game with junior varsity team or off-

记得一个著名的play,49ers vs cowboys,好象是95,96年两队独霸的时候。
当时steve young有伤，49ers上的是候补QB
球在49ers的15码，
jerry rice跑一个slang pattern,边上往中间插，
球传过去，不过8 yard pass,
但是他顺势越过了cowbays的free safety,
然后outrun everyone, 85-yr gain for td
scoreboard上是85-yr pass,
这样的play,谁的功劳大？QB or WR?
hoho,算错了。
必须是每三次attempt里面，都要两次completion.
比如从本方20码处开始进攻，
连续7个completed pass, 5 yards/pass,
followed by 2 imcompletion.
comp/att percentage是7/9,
结果却是punt... |

impact时，hip应该face target, shoulder square。early release and chicken
wing应该也是swing sequence的问题造成的吧。这种情况下，如果不chicken wing而是
full release,很容易hook。我的感受是，如果down swing时sequence不对，右手发力
太早，就会有各种问题。 |

The most troubling thing for a front runner is to see that someone is
outrunning you. At that moment, subconsciously he would do anything to
make sure he maintains the lead... for longer-distance matches such as 5000m,
there are strategies out there to legitimately block/frustrate your
opponents, but definitely not as far as what we saw in this case. |

The CPU/GPU upgrade is quite good. Now the fastest MBP will outrun fastest
desktop MP.
Even for lowest 13" model you got a better CPU/GPU, twice amount of memory
and thunderbolt for the same price. I would say it is quite an update. |
