think most road running shoes are built with cushion on the heal. This
leaning forward feel is bio-mechanically friendly feature to help you move
forward and reduce strike impact. I have not seen road running shoes with
flat outsole. Maybe some special running shoes or some NB running shoes? |

The basic difference can be seen in their purposes and the resulting
appropriate levels of support stability and cushion.
An "all terrain" shoe is based on a classic running shoe design:
- Higher-heel, lower-footbed (for forward rocking-movement)
- Cushion in Heel and Ball-of-foot
- Roll-up toe
- Flexible forefoot
Additionally, "all terrain" shoes offer a more aggressive outsole tread for

先说优点:
1.有足够的cushion，不像racing flat那么薄，跑long run不会太累。
2.轻，只有7.7oz，比speedstar4还要轻1.2oz。
3.鞋底前后的高度跟nike free run很类似，都是穿上去很自然就会跑出midfoot/
forefoot landing的。
4.前脚掌outsole不容易嵌石子。
5.外表比较新潮，有很多种颜色可以选择。
我穿了70迈，对它是又爱又恨。刚穿上去的时候觉得挺合脚的，但是跑久了就出问题了。
1.双脚大拇指外侧有些老茧，被它toe box的一条带子磨得很疼。后来跟同size的
Speedstar4比较，才发现Kinvara短了1-2cm。
2.脚后跟Heel Bursa(脚跟骨头和Achilles Tendon之间的地方)，被它磨得发炎了。一
开始还以为是mileage提升得太快而造成AT发炎。由于跟其他跑鞋混穿，所以一直找不
