leave. but the software reads the time on individual pc's time, not server's

我八月剖腹產（scheduled c-section), 最近收到一張帳單assistant surgeon是out
of network。手術時除了OB是我選的之外其他人都是醫院派的，保險資料早早給了醫院
，既然是預約剖腹，就不是emergency,我沒想到會有out of network 的醫生。
那張帳單我要付一千多刀，而且帳單陸續來，不知道還是沒有out of network 的帳單。
這種情況我該怎麼處理？跟保險公司聯絡或是直接跟那位醫生聯絡看能不能有折扣？
還有以後手術，可不可以跟醫院要求所有醫療人員都是in network.

经过一个月的麻烦，总算是解决了。其实不是很满意，但是鉴于我很快要回国了，实在

当我收到麻醉账单的时候，其实人是很震惊的。因为其实是一共3100刀，health
insurance cover400多刀，剩下2600多刀 是我的responsibility。自然心里是其实震
惊和不满的。然后就开始了一系列的appeal之路。bill是去年12月底的时候收到的，然
后我立刻给保险公司打电话，被告知可以appeal，所以洋洋洒洒写了一页纸，自以为情
真意切，turns out 就是shit（在保险公司眼里）。大概一月底的时候，被告知deny了
。在此期间，我还打电话给麻醉师那边要求delay my payment，not to send it to

没人征询我和LG任何事项。邮件里还说医院appeal要求支付，但被驳回，这种情况我

简单的四二法则,on the flop,你的winning probability大约是number of outs乘以4,
on the turn, 则是number of outs乘以2,这样可以粗略计算获胜的概率
例如on the flop, 如果有flush draw and str8 draw, 15个outs,粗略算你有60%
chance of winning with two cards coming (精确的是54%), 知道是favorite to win

yeah, that's the biggest mistake I saw this year form Paulson and big Ben.
From what I read, Paulson did tried to save LEH by either bail it out or
provide loss gurantee for the UK potential buyer, but turns out they could
NOT find money within that weekend, and the power they have at the time is
not enough to pull extra money. |
