how about if you play with right hand, your hand rotate clockwise or counter
clockwise?
I understand rotate inward is counter clockwise and rotate outward is

21:45pm(小龙他们是19:30,领先cutoff时间2个多小时),half pipe是1:15am,

During the video analysis on day 2, Jay said both Andrei and I lacked
counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think
it also makes release much easier.) When skis point to one direction, we
counter that move by rotating our upper bodies to the other direction.

1. I don't think so. Most butterflyers have their elbows flexed
upon entry. This preferable to a completely extended position.
With your elbows flexed at entry, extending your elbows immediately
after entry will start your hands moving outward even while your
upper arms are traveling inward. If your arms were completely
extened at entry , you would have to stop their inward motion before
you could accelerate them outward, that is why u do feel an

的是inward judgement, 对别人和自己下判断,前者不好,后者好。 Henry purcell被

of all His dealings with us. Now, before we return to our study of the
phases of Christian experience as set forth in Romans, we must digress yet
again in order to consider something which lies at the heart of all our
experience as the vitalizing power of effective life and service. I refer to
