就是antral follicles多，象polycystic ovaries现象。PCOS影响怀孕主要

very common in patients with breast cancer. It is not a bad idea to have
genetic testing though, if there is family history of early breast or ovary
cancer. If god forbid, you do carry BRCA mutation, breast and ovary removal
with breast reconstruction is an option to end the worry, especially if you
do not expect to be pregnant. |

这个MIDWIFE都是啥职业，感觉就跟医生一样，给我开处方，接待我，甚至给我下诊断
，我一直没有见到真正的医生。B超结果的当天我就联系她，然后她就给我发信息说我
是BLIGHTED OVUM,让我当天再去查个血，然后约时间去见她。这周的周一一早去见她，
她说我的B超当天做的血检的hCG 是四万多的样子，我也没听清具体的数字，然后说我
肯定是BLIGHTED OVUM，我唯一能做的就是等着自然流产，我问大概需要等多久啊，她
说不一定，可能在一个月之内吧。然后就想让我回家等着了。我要求再做一次B超，然
后她答应下周五再做一次B超和查血，然后就让我回家等着了。
这些天一直在网上看关于胎停育的，觉得很可怕啊。从怀孕至今一直没有过流血，甚至
深色白带都没有，身体一直很好，早孕反应也很轻，从来没有正儿八经的吐过，尤其是

那个implantation其实只是很短的时间。如果是day5的话，也就是transfer当天或者第二天。而ovary的痛会持续很长一段时间。我记得一直到第一次bc，当时还以为两个地方痛就是有两个宝宝，结果炒出来一个。：） |

i guess looking for pelvic inflammatory disease, ovaries, uterus, cervix and
things like that, it doesn't check urinary bladder or appendix though,
sometimes you might find something interesting though, like a potato or
something like that,
haven't done one for a long time, hope i'll never have to again, for all the
pelvic exam i have done i can only say one patient was young and good
looking but i was so dead tired and really just want to go home and sleep
that night, don't mean to be chauvini |

having endometriosis so my doctor sent me for pelvic ultrasound,which I
expected.
It is called "ovary cyst" in English and I don't think pap smear and blood
test are the ways to look for it. |

检查。
blood test里有一个CA125可用于检查卵巢癌，据说敏感性比较高。
ovary cyst的主要检查手段还是B超，但是所有多于病性的真正诊断，都必须要取出病
灶，送给病理医生诊断。 |

menopause). check CA-125, do CT if possible. do ultrasound very couple of
months. if it is cyst for sure, just let it there, the only sever
complication for a ovarian cyst is ovarian torsion, which could lead to
emergency visit. |

abdominal x-ray will tell if there is any significant obstruction when you
see air-fluid levels or rupture of instestines if there is free air, but
will not tell if there is any incisional hernia,
i don't have ovaries myself but i imagine ovarian cyst is on the
differentials for abdominal pain, which is very broad, i'd say if your pain
is excruciating and lasting more than 1 hour and started having fevers and
nausea and throwing up, you'd need urgent attention, otherwise you probably
can tough |
