probe 用于TaqMan QPCR. 在RDP上可以查到每一个primer 或者probe的coverage 在我
所要扩增的种属里面。但是，我现在想知道要是我用一套set（two primers and one
probe)在这个种群里的coverage. 这个可能牵涉到miltiple probe overage的问题。
哪位高手以前要是做过这方面的工作，能否指点一下，多谢。 |

“via data at first”，如果我disable数据岂非
没法打电话？问题是有些地方数据很弱如果很难连上根本打不成电话，届时只能乖乖用
回native dialer这样就当overage收费被宰了，哈哈，这个局设得很阴啊。
不过，“a technology currently developedwill soon allow to use regular non
VoIP connection”，就是其后不再需要数据，直接用回传统语音网，但问题又来了：
ad supported。就是说，这个dialer和以前rp的ad plan一样有广告，但会direct
route到sprint 语音服务器，但既然有广告，就不能叫direct route了。
这个ad support究竟是拨号盘看广告还是听广告呢？如果是听，那不需数据连接，但也

tether开热点，那么，最大扣费额是1450*0.6*0.1=$87
如果不想受到这个限制，就需要花费15刀／月购买tether保护功能。。。
自己看吧，随意开热点的后果，就是流量都是按照10cent 单价扣光你的账户余额（根
据你的网速和使用情况，短期内不断触发充值top-up）。这个陷阱很隐蔽。
因为是免费开启热点功能，坑很大。
手机一般只能控制总流量，没法控制单独用来开热点的流量。

昨天两百分钟regular用完了，voip还剩很多，就直接开始一毛钱一分钟overage
drop到5刀以后被charge了20刀+5刀fee
这点真的很扯淡
他们的dialer到现在连影都没有
voip的分钟数需要自己设置第三方的dialer
而且仅限拨出
而且你无法从ringplus的网站上查询你用了多少regular用了多少voip（明白人请指点）
我是从RP samara上看见的
即便以后dialer出来
voip call到底算不算你自己流量？
哎
以后即便不取消free plan
必定也是处处有陷阱 |

小孩现在用的是RP 的 mad plum。上个月出去旅游结果四天就用超了1GB，被收了$27。
而且旅途中无时不刻的玩游戏，平时也这样。给他换了一个keyboard slide phone。小
子拒绝用非智能机（非要拿回iphone 6s，Android机也不行）
打算把数据给掐了，让他只能打电话和发短信。
1) 如果还用 RP，可否disable 数据而不影响语音和短信？比如只激活语音和短信但不
激活数据？ 或者激活后把SIM 卡取出来还可以打电话发短信?
2) 如果换一个prepaid service，有没有这样的手机计划？
只有语音和短信 （不需要特别多）
不能有数据或者数据有hard cap 不允许 overage 使用 (cap最好为零，即根本不能用
cellular data 上网。)
免费的或者费用很低。
相对简单，不需要经常折腾 （从他手里把手机要过来很难）

优点，
双卡双持，还可以一卡，加sd. 北美gsm unlocked, 2年质保，公司的客服不错。前置
喇叭声音巨响，而且音色也好很好。 屏幕挺好，支持google VR. 电池的优化做得很好
，屏幕自动亮度可以亮5小时。照相室外不错，对焦快，色彩也好。速度和其他配置的
差不多。 stock rom没有啥bloatware. rom升级挺快的，现在是7.1.1
2.缺点，
相机在室内灯光下，明显比s7, iphone差。对焦也经常对不准。
我的这台有一个bug,如果晚上把手机设置到deep battery saving mode,早上在换到
smart saving mode时，连不上wifi,只能重启机器。
回到中国，可以用中移动的卡，不过支持的频率不全只有band 41,在北京的overage不

It looks that there is no calling requirement. BTW, I do not see the a
clause saying that you can disable auto topup by depositing 5 bucks.

In addition, FP has a three hours delay in calculating data use, which means
that one might actually have exceeded the 700mb limit when account is
suspended with disabled auto topup, in such a case, he will be charged for

charged for 15 dollars if he has no active credits or not enough active

据使用没法及时限制。事情是这样的，俺的垃圾笔记本居然没有自动连上热点，虽然搜

立刻就收钱并给俺发通知，俺想看能不能交五块钱把auto top up关鸟，发现关不鸟，
也想看看能不能象在小奴倭那样赚到点数获得数据以补充那用超600那部分，发现那赚
