房东没有给具体的bill 只给了个deduction list
cleaning (kitchen complete, cabinets, appliances, range hood floor and walls
; bath all fixtures, walls, doors, woodwork, fans and light) $296.62
windows cleaned in and out $94.88
painting walls due to heavy scuff marks throughout $156.6
apartment是那种普通的2室一厅，我们搬出前仔细的清洁过，除了窗户确实没擦（没想
到这个也算），其他都很干净。墙上也从来没有弄过任何痕迹。

每一项都非常清楚，所以说有误收费是不对的，可对于病人来说只是躺在那里，打了点
盐水，用一个暖暖的东西暖了一下肚子，然后化验了一点血和尿，然后就这个数，简直
是不可思议。我个人觉得美国的医疗是overcharge了，那个孕检walmart几块钱的东西
，这里要一百；盐水离子纯净水加点盐120也多了点吧...那个急症室的使用费，那个医
院的business coordinator都说贵了点。

，所以我就想下一步看看要付现钱多少，没想到他显示不用付现钱。然后有一句话说，
你purchase之后，可能有charge additional fee,我脑子短路，以为要点页面上的
purchase按钮，才能看到最终价格。看到进度栏最后一项是confirmation,想大概那一
页才是submit your order。点了purchase之后，发现reservation已经complete了
我连旅游日子都没有定下来，今天是随便选了租车的日子。马上打电话给客服，客服说
可以cancel但是要付$150，请示上级之后也说不行。他同时告诉我，第一页上面显示70
,000 mileage是错误的，其实最后只要了我30，000+mile,所以才一直没有显示我要付
多少现钱。
我想算了，和你们credit card company argue是没有结果的，直接file BBB
complaint.

值得记录的事情，有些只能藏在内心深处，有些可以公开记录。
2.
今晚3月底，我从原来租住的公寓搬到另外一个公寓。原来的公寓叫Avalon Bellevue，
在Bellevue市中心。搬走之前3个星期，他们就派了一个人到我的单元去检查，叫初步
检查，目的是看看有多脏和有没有损坏，给出一个初步的估计，估算一下我搬走之后要
给他们付多少钱。
当时初步检查的结果是：(1) full apartment clean – $125 (2) full painting –
$160 + paint $26 (3) full carpet cleaning – $60 (4) kitchen drip pan
replacement – $24。加起来大概395美元。

四周前我的猫猫也发生尿堵，送医院医生只插管导尿，观察一天出院。
但猫猫情况未见好转，一周后完全堵塞，无法插管。 急诊转院，一天后实行PU
revision 手术（因为 四年前做过 PU手术）， 现在恢复。
我正在complain 第一次治疗 negligence， overcharge。 兽医把我的complain 信转
给保险公司。我需要证明收费和治疗不合理。希望有经验人士帮助 |

The bill of $1,123 dated on 09/14/2012(I uploaded in this post) is only for
the blockage treatment.I feel the vet overcharged and ineffective.
The PU revision surgery was conducted by a specialist in a different
hospital on 09/24/2012, which I paid another $2,800. The surgery is a
success. I have nothing to complain about. |

You can try bargain with your vet. Tell her exactly how you feel (overcharge
, ineffective treatment) and ask her to revise the bill, either give you
cash refund (probably hard), or cash credit towards feature uses (more
likely). Also hint at her that if she does not negotiate, you will make your
voice heard as a consumer. Yelp reviews for one, is pretty effective,
especially for small businesses.

丫的主要是太arrogant,不降价，也不谈判，所以碰上牛逼法官一生气就给丫拆了。跟
当初rockfellar一样。但是至今还有很主流的看法是当初是过于轻易的拆了。你看看那
些baby bell,最后不还是有合起来。
话说回来，埃克森和美孚也合起来了。
要说反垄断最幸运的是IBM，当初丫弄得控方甚至找不到律师，因为全国搞antitrust的
律师几乎全部因为conflict of interest不能在他对面打官司。但是还没打完呢，结果
苹果和wintel横空出世，IBM跑去做consulting忽悠去了。
反垄断这个东西，政治气候是决定的关键。。。现在OB在台上，号称要tough，但是现

Nah..:) And it doesnt support complex sub-query either...:)) But its pretty good to used
as a read-intensive, cache like database. I am still using Oracle to do complex
data processing tho, but I can avoid overcharge by oracle by using mysql, thats
why I like this cute thing..:))
Besides, even with buffering catche, I still dout Oracle' speed, that only apply
to similiar query, and limited by your buffer size too..:) |

the auto reset will not overcharge or deep discharge the battery.

500-600. Now days, the wall paint is always flat paint, it is almost
impossible to match the existing color, re-paint is a must.
