昨天爬了四个overhang route
今天二头肌毫无感觉
有感觉的，依然是捏东西的时候能感受到的小臂肌肉
以及背部
我二头肌太差也不想练

即使是昨天那么overhang的路线，依然我力量远小于你能上去
所以，footwork非常重要，多去big rock这种小edge岩石练习
对于提高foot works, balance很有好处 |

the front overhang is a little bit too long
the front axle could be pushed further forward
the hood might be too short
if you look at front-engined RWD platforms designed in 90s, most of them
have such a problem
even including cars like the Ferrari 550/575M
this is not optimal for a front-engined RWD platform at all
if you compare these platforms with their successors designed after 2000
you'll notice the huge contrast |

technological concerns
let's take the F-22 as an example.
without noticing its technological advances in stealth, I wouldn't think it
was a beauty
but now I feel every fighter looks outdated (read ugly) compared to it, even
including those I'd once loved deeply, such as the F-14 or F-15
the same thing for cars
when I see a FR-based sports car with a long overhang, I always feel
oh, god, such an inferior design... couldn't apprecia |

different
even B7 has a (slightly) better weight distribution than an fwd platform
you can think about it: on an transverse fwd platform, both the engine &
transmission are in front of the front axle
on B7, at least the transmission is well behind (& pretty close to the
center-of-gravity of the whole car)
B8 is even better, since the front axle is pushed forward by quite a lot |

轮后面还有多少长度）就挺明显。 但是还行，McLaren Stroller 放进去以后还有半个

的5。屁股大是为了增加行李箱，可谁买3是为了行李箱大小？E90还有点flame surface

过去的三年里有101次野营，差不多每10天就住一次野外，从雪山之巅到雨林之深，从
野花盛开的原野到一望无际的沙漠，历经众多人间仙境。
梦幻的开始。 在2009一月，并非真的第一次野营，只是这三年里的第一次，不过倒是
头回挖了雪坑，是在加州San Jacinto冬天的雪岭上，天高云淡，童话一般。。。
第二次，第三次都是在攀岩胜地加州约书亚树国家公园，这里有数不尽的攀岩路线，真
的是数不尽，光有记录的就有8000多条，走出帐篷就可以攀岩太爽了，难怪营地常常一
位难求。
第四次是09年2月，山中飘起鹅毛大雪，我们是在进山的路口在车里把后座放平过了一
夜。外面是一片银白世界。
第5次在09年情人节，是带着灯泡去的，山外天气晴朗，山里云雾迷茫，挖雪坑挖得不

Lion's Head在Ontario的Bruce Peninsula，lime stone cliff，朝向Lake Huron，悬
崖下面就是清澈深蓝的湖水，非常漂亮。climbing season在每年夏季，即使七月份有
时候都会很冷。今年Labor Day总算赶在天冷之前去了一次。Approach大约半小时，
guide book上都会有warning说Lion's Head是serious climbing。原因一个是5.10以下
的线就几条，大部分路线都是5.10-5.12的overhang；而且绝大部分的线路都要从上面
repel，然后hanging belay。最好跟有经验的人一起去，否则如果repel的地方没找对
就郁闷了。因为在trail上看不到belay anchor， |

发帖数: 2636 | 36 加州的granite练smear很有效的，而且好些slab路线你smear做不对就上不去。我自己
也是到了加州才有机会练到smear的。smear脚要稳，重心掌握要精确，而且要相信你的
脚。
一次就想过这一关也太心急了。先向你朋友学习吧，我们这些Michigan的人平时sand
stone上主要练的是overhang，也搞不定smear。我朋友一个5.12 climber在J-tree的
slab上5.8都不行。我自己也是lead 5.9的smear的路线就吓得不行了。
到时候还要向你们请教呢 |
