从外州来波特兰玩，沿i25往cannon beach开途中被埋伏的警察pull over
告知55迈的路我开了75迈。
我跟他扯我头次来，也没看到限速牌，还急着看景点。
警察叔叔把我驾照收了回警车呆了一阵回来把驾照还我然后提醒我了一下限速，就走了。
这算放我一马了吗。
还是给我记一笔，等我回自己的州秋后算账？ |

一个资深色盲，二十岁之前从来不知道还有红灯和黄灯的区别，所以就直接开过去了。

You can roll-over your old 401k money (before tax money) into your IRA
account or your new 401k plan without paying any tax.
After that, you can convert the money from IRA to ROTH IRA if your income is
below $100k in 2009 and this income limitation will be removed from 2010. If your income is above $100k, you cannot do this conversion in 2009.
I do not think it is allowed to roll-over your 401k to ROTH IRA directly.

有大概
17000吧，平时也没打理过。3月中旬换工作，打算把这些钱roll over出来，现在有两
个问题：
1，是转traditional IRA好还是roth IRA好呢？我2010年收入大概应该是8万，married
filing jointly，还会填个小孩，就这一份工资。是不是现在税率还低，应该转roth啊
，可是一下
在转快20000会不会把我的tax bracket搞上去了
2，什么时候可以转? 是离开现在雇主之后随时可以还是要在一定时间内。我知道从请
求到转入必须是在
60天内才算roll over

IRA, which is similar to traditional IRA. To do Roth, you have
to convert again. The tax only applies to the 2nd conversion.
You may choose when and how much to convert to Roth, so
plan carefully not to bump up a tax bracket.
