overpay、提前退休，不续约、熵减等等，心里一直有些话不吐不快。小弟我在华为纯
粹一介草民，资历尚浅，不过在机关和海外都待过数年，对机关和一线的生态都有一些
了解。
首先申明，我不是既得利益者，入职短短5载，职级低，股票和TUP基本也可以忽略不计
。可以说我是一个还未在华为享受到利益，但是已经基本认同华为文化和制度的基层员
工，愿意在未来的日子里奋斗，为华为的伟大蓝图贡献绵薄之力（当然是公司不裁我的
情况下）。
我是社招入职的，认同华为这种先奋斗再获取的文化以及高压力的工作方式，还是花了
相当长的一段时间的。刚来的时候各种不适应，各种想离开，直到从第五年开始才没有
了这种念头。说实话，华为改造员工的文化生命力还是蛮强大的，眼见跟我一起入职社
招的人，已经离开了大半，超过5年依然坚守的人基本是认同了华为文化，乐意长期奋
斗的一拨人。
但是最近越来越多看到的实际状况是，被退休或者被不续约的，都不是年龄大和股票多
的高成本员工，反而是在华为兢兢业业十来年，考评普通职级一般，收入和股票都偏低
的那一群人。

另外，借贷消费可以说是美国的立国之本，从国家到个人经济都是建筑在借贷消费的基

1. 布什的减税政策是对富人更有利些，但是不是如你所说，钱回到富人手里成了死钱

多年的教育投资可不是资本家出的钱, 而且读书十多年就非得拉到每天载歌载舞, 吸毒
犯罪的老黑一个水平线上去pay? 这不是社会逆向选择是什么? 难道号召大家都不读书
都不工作, 都吃福利, 谁去生产?
其次, 生活在美国的工人 (我认为干活的就是工人, 不用区分下级中产, 上级中产什么
的), 比第三世界的工人待遇好, 但逻辑上不是把自己的待遇拉低到第三世界水平, 去
便宜不劳而获的资本家和只吃福利没有技能的龙虾党, 而是在力所能及的范围内帮助国
际工人力量, 帮助母国产业升级.
你这个屁股同时坐在资本家和底层无产者身上, 还真挺分裂的.
其实我觉得底层无产者是可以挽救的, 对于其中追求上进的, 社会有责任提供教育机会
