hmm.....That's not how I understand the ruling. The ruling meant the
district court actually supported the interpretation that a 2/3 majority is
required for tax increases. It's all that is needed for the requirement.

and quickly got dazed by the umpiring overrule incident. ironically, after
early pitching trouble and defensive catastrophes, they actually had 2
chances in consecutive innings to score some runs and get back into the game
, but did nothing (perhaps to no one's surprise). all facets of the game
failed for them. all in all it was a boys vs men contest, too bad we got to

我觉得高尔夫这项运动大家的自觉性都很高。在这种情况下有些不合理的规则就不应该
存在，起码在高水平比赛下。至于像风吹啊，踩平的沙坑啊，这些明显球员无辜的例子
，如果有个“法官”之类的角色能够overrule规则就更好了。搞一个判例法规则呵呵。

弹夹在枪里，没有上膛就是unloaded，你可以不用CCW就这么
带枪在身上。
北卡可以随便open carry，loaded or unloaded。
你没有CCW，就不能有一把身边concealed weapon。在车里
如果你枪亮在外面，或者在够不到的地方（trunk或者锁着的
枪盒），就是合法的，不管loaded unloaded。

hui) games, she was leading Zhang Yining 3 games to 2 and at game 6 9:7 LSW
looped and Zhang's return went out. The referee had already given the point
to Liu. But the Beijing team coach 周树森, while on the coach's seat,
called it a "touch". The principal referee had to do what 周树森 wished, to
overrule the referee and give the point to Zhang. Liu and Zhang had to play

我就不信亚洲杯的技术含量观赏性能高过nba.
但是篮球国际竞争性不够， 一两个大国overruling, 就像咱的乒乓球。 普及度不如
足球， 顶级赛事商业味太浓， 反正我看了５年NBA以后就只看哨子了。
足球的不可预测性高太多， 诸强林立， 足球里的梦之队巴西１８届只能拿５次冠军
1/3都不到。 篮球的世界性赛事只能跟足球里的南美级比赛相比较， 早年美国苏联＋
一堆打酱油， 现在西班牙， 阿根廷崛起， 相当于南美的哥伦比亚玻利维亚智利崛
起。
足球比赛里涉及的国家荣誉感更多， 欧洲亚洲看场足球赛成了国家热情民族主义的宣
泄口， 连二战的陈谷子烂芝麻都能翻出来。 篮球连冷战都扯不回去。
足球的冷门更多， 再弱的队都有爆冷的可能， 什么圣马力诺， 安道尔， 经常搞
的欧洲中国队灰头土脸。 篮球界基本杜绝此类现象发生， 中国赢场德国，靠上天时
地利裁判就算爆冷的顶天了。 |
