我是一名在读phd，在学校的附属医院工作。
我的情况大致是：去年我和系里一个外国女生交往过，但是没有建立恋爱关系，更没有
发生亲密行为。后来她说不感兴趣，就结束了。但是她这个人很有意思，所以我一直保
持联系，她也没有表示不满，只是她的情绪波动很大。上个星期五，做完实验后，我找
她聊了聊天，一切正常。回家之后我又发了关于我们聊天内容的两条短信。她突然态度
大变，叫我不要和她联系。我不解又发了三条短信弄清为什么她情绪大变，她就说不要
联系。之后，我就再没说什么了。昨天刚到实验室，突然被医院的HR找去谈话，说那个
女生告我unwanted contact。之后她要求我说明那5条短信和2个月之前我寻问她为什么
情绪波动的原因的一封email。然后被要求回家等结果，不能和医院的人联系。今天又
被告知我还要等待学校也要调查。

国内的父亲帮着卖房，由于缺少经验售房合同都签了才要我办委托书。我人在VA，可以
去中国大使馆。
现在需要了解步骤和所需时间。在网上查到这么一段：
“居住在与我国有外交关系国家的华侨、外籍华人，在我国驻该国使领馆办理的公证或
认证证明，房地产管理机关应予采证；如果当事人提交的是当地公证人出具的公证文书
，须经该国外交部或其授权的机构和中国驻该国使（领）馆认证（根据领事条约，两国
互免认证的除外），其内容只要不违反我国法律和政策的规定，房地产管理机关应予采
证。”
上面提到的“须经该国外交部或其授权的机构”认证是怎么个办法，要几天？另外中国
大使馆那多快能办下来？

事因： LZ来美大概四个月，交往了一个做EMT的美国白人，那个人36岁，从外州到san
jose生活了五年，之前有一个15岁的私生女，但是一直没有结婚。交往期间有发生一些
矛盾，发现他是一个行为和语言很粗鲁的人，我想有时候可能是开玩笑，也没有特别去
在意。2月4号我和他发生了矛盾，因为他总是出尔反尔，答应我的事又反悔了，他送我
回家强行命令我下车，我当时很生气，跟他争执，于是他把我的包甩出车，然后动手拉
扯，强行要拖我下车。因为这已经发生不止一次了，我非常伤心又生气，他动手扯我头
发，掰我手指，并用膝盖顶我小腹，这样僵持了大概1个小时，我被他拖出了车，他开
车离开了。我身上很痛，都是淤青的伤。。然后我打了Uber去他住处找他理论，要他带

去美国，顺便给本科一朋友过生日。买了一30多刀的蛋糕带去。 坐火车先到一个小镇
，然后朋友开车来接，从火车站到他家又开了一个半小时才到，基本感觉进了原始森林
。小区还可以都是小独栋，但都是木质结构，设计都特别简单，估计冬天也不保温。
发电一半靠市政，到冬天只能自己烧柴油发电机。 距离最近的超市在40公里外。
朋友看见蛋糕高兴的不得了，觉得特奢侈，我心想在北京一个21cake就三四百太正常了
吧。。。
然后朋友拿出来他的珍藏，说是上周开车一小时到韩国超市买的火锅底料和牛肉片，当
时买了两斤多，他自己已经吃了一斤多，就剩不到一斤，我们两个大男人吃。。。。这

抽签移民，可以说这一招一下，主党怎么做都是输。
先澄清一个概念，讨论DACA不是讨论非法移民大赦。
有川粉一看川普讨论DACA，就以为川普违背诺言要给移民大赦，放心吧，除非川普得了
老年痴呆。
先分解一下几种情况，看看主党为什么总是输。
1. 主党不合作，条件谈不拢
结果就是DACA受益人把怒火转向民主党，前些天围攻流泪叔就已经漏出端倪，而且老川
在昨天讲话中说只要你们谈好了（主党和和党）我就签字，把自己撇的一干二净，表现
出比所有人都同情DACA，不能说他不同情，但这么夸张，呵呵了。
2. 主党合作，形成了一个bill
老川不但收获了修墙，结束链式移民，抽签移民，还收获了好名声，这80万人投民主党
的百分率会极速下降，记住一个事实，即使是墨西哥移民，合法的会投票反对非法的，
这是人性，和肤色无关，只是现在非法的太多了把合法的声音掩盖住罢了。
我的预测是主党不会和川政府达成任何协议，现在都是做样子给民众看，反正都是输，
随着惯性走吧（反川）。

我是个移民家庭的妹子。 在UC上学，觉得周围很多留学生浮夸膨胀浮躁（交流后真的
有人认为中国2025能世界第一）
留学生更交更多的学费。他们觉得是他们养的我们本地学生。（学费交的多，不代表比
较有钱。他们的态度就是他们的学费养了这个学校）
最近看网上留学生的录取率高于本地学生。 心情真的很不好。
（纳税人的孩子录取率低于留学生，觉得不公平）
我也知道美国开放这么多留学签证是为了多赚钱，对美国经济是好的。
但是我非常讨厌他们。
（我觉得他们民粹严重，个个都觉得中国天下第一，老子天下第一 但是他们搞不定
H1B的）
是不是说明我自己没有事业？太普通？（才会觉得他们来抢资源，抢了我们UC的大学录
取率）

朋友是F2出来的，5年前出国的时候用她老公的材料办了保留党籍的手续，保留到2008
年8月。到了美国转成F1读书明年5月份毕业。去年到现在一直为了各种事忙忙碌碌，也
没有把保留党籍延期的手续提上日程。后来收到一封关于学习什么文件的群发邮件就主
动联系了那个发邮件的老师。这下可好，又说要交思想汇报作深刻检讨， 又要补交五
年多的党费（一共￥1300），还要这边各种材料及翻译， 以后每年都交思想汇报等等
。 她本人对这个已经不感兴趣了，又怕以后回国工作的话被人抓小辫子。 要继续保留
的话对每年都要做繁琐的手续不寒而栗。还有别的朋友威胁说小心美国FBI盯上你了。
有过来人有类似情况吗？ 大家都是怎么处理这些事的。有回去工作的因为没有妥善处

耳闻目睹几个朋友的悲惨经历，本虾十分愤慨。
本虾一直思索我这个著名ID是干什么用的。黄色小说只能给大家带来一时之乐，只不过
是一些三俗内容而已，揭批这世上的丑恶才是我的最爱--毕竟名声越大责任越大嘛。
言归正传，先谈谈这个系的变态政策。
博士生只要拿过系里一分钱，就不能转硕士，不论任何原因。博士生中途不给硕士。
这个系没有几个TA职位，叫兽绝大多数没有钱，但拼命找学生。老印一般不读博士，所
以绝大多数博士生都是中国人。
DGS Liu Derong一般第一个学期就催新生快发文章，越快越好。
第二个学期就高诉学生，系里没有钱，出去找GA (graduate assistant).
