前夕的公司，结果血本无归。
在投资顾问的怂恿下，受害人集资160万美元，以短期融资方式投入德州一家公司
WDV(全称 Worldwide Diamond Ventures)，结果该公司集资不久后即宣告破产，投资人
血本无归。受害人已向德州金融管理部门(Texas State Security Board)及加州商业管
理部门(California Department of Business Oversight)投诉，也呼吁华人对类似的
投资骗局提高警觉。

I heard the othe day on NPR that The Patriot act is under review in the
senate. The bill that constrains wiretapping without oversight by requesting
judge's warranty for law enforcement to access any this records on US
citizen. This case might not even be a case with that. Got to thank Snowden

美国保密体系非常完善，而且控制严密，效率高，无孔不入。并不是有的人意淫的什么
信息自由的天堂，美国每年出台的保密项目比中国多，因为泄密导致的受法律惩罚人数
，比例也大于中国，而且美国泄密的法律惩罚强大大于中国。而且保密强度很大，例如
在1953年united states v. reynolds 案中，失事的b-29轰炸机飞行员的遗孀们要求调
取官方对该事件的报告以及幸存者的陈述,用来作为她们从国家获得赔偿的证据。但是
政府基于国家安全、飞行安全和军事设备研发等方面的考虑,拒绝公开当事人所要求的
信息和资料。法院认为它不能要求强制性的公开被审查的信息,而且如果会对国家安全
会带来危险的话,即使单个法官在密室里也不能对相关秘密信息进行审查。最后最高法

首先联邦政府文职雇员人数约为二百五十万， 军人为1百五十万，总共为四百一十万，
是1962年以来人数最少的。
美国州政府雇员约为四百五十万，其中两百多万为教师。
美国地方政府雇员为一千两百万，其中七百万为教师，五十万医护人员。
总共约两千一百万多，其中近十万是教师。
至于联邦政府退休pension, 现在基本都是1%，联邦警察可以是1.7%，但只能积攒二十
年，再多就1%了。其他可普通公司一样，401K 加 social security. 由于联邦政府工
作人员普遍偏低，退休收入低于同学历私人公司雇员。
州政府和local goverment雇员的待遇取决于当地政府的财政状况。有些富裕小镇政府
雇员待遇远高于联邦政府雇员，那也是人家愿意掏钱。

censored search service that would allow it to enter the Chinese market.
More than a thousand workers have signed a letter, obtained by The Hill,
demanding greater transparency and ethical oversight within the company as
well as more say in the projects that Google takes on.
The letter says that employees did not find out about the project, nicknamed
Dragonfly, until The Intercept and other outlets reported its existence.

脊梁》（全文附后）向NIH致以了强烈反击，随后朋友圈开始刷屏。
一开始端端酱看到这内容也一头雾水，不少华人科学家陷入恐慌，担心今后国际研究受
阻。且慢，我们不妨来捋捋这件事。相信大部分人在转发饶教授的回应时并不会先看原
文，所以不知道到底发生了什么，但大量情绪渲染的文字并不利于问题的了解和解决。

afternoon, losing 2.4 percent by 3:30 p.m. The Nasdaq composite fell 3.2
percent and the Standard and Poor’s 500 lost 2.5 percent as U.S. stocks
took their worse daily losses since April.
Stocks in tech companies that led the bull market of the past decade
