重。
我们的情况和你有点像， 结婚六年才怀上，就在要放弃的时候，突然就怀了，35岁生
的老大。
建议如下：
1， 你和先生都做运动，去公园走路。如果你能不工作最好，心情放松，每天去体育馆
运动，做呼拉圈和仰卧起坐。
2， 建议吃几副重要调理一下， 可以吃primrose oil， 红枣，阿胶，燕窝，叶酸。老
公也要不熬夜，不喝酒抽烟，多补充营养。
3， 买Ovulation test 试纸测排卵日，（按照基础体温的推算其实并不准确）。按照
排卵试纸的日子试了。最简单有效的办法是经期干净后让你老公连续两周隔天或每天AA。
4， 试背后插入的姿势，如果你的子宫前卫的话，普通的姿势不容易受孕。另外， 做
爱后要把屁屁垫高，腿竖立约一小时，让精子有充分的时间游向子宫。
5， 还有一条就是去当地的教会，信主， 让大家帮你祷告。
我们也是试了4个月，第五个月都累了，感觉放弃了的时候，竟然怀上了。
