我说的是别太指望通过研究生物规律一步到位直接攻克病症，顺路极度鄙视
一下把oxycodone+ibuprofen混点面粉就卖的搞法。药厂能不能也讲究点
君臣辅佐，减少点副作用？光调整含量有啥用啊... 囧rz...
这也不是比“聪明”，领域不同啊。这个世界上有没有研究生物的
在complex system方面强过我可能还真是个问题，呵呵。我的实验室
叫做complex system modeling and control lab... :)
就好比学理论数学的你说有几个人懂PCR的，更别说养细胞，做knock out
了。知道为啥用老鼠果蝇拟兰芥的都不会多。
反正我把观点放出来，就是希望大家批评讨论灌水的，呵呵。有空多科普
西医知识，灌水嘲笑没问题，只要有事实。中医是传统的东西，有沉淀，也有
糟粕当阻力，不借鉴对照新成果，不会有提高。:) |

治APL的药物Trisenox，有效成分只有一味，叫做三氧化二砷
就这他妈的也敢摆上柜台卖，还说中药里面 有一些成分 有毒副作用
所以不能吃
处方止疼药Tylox，Percocet，有效成分就是一味Oxycodone，不知道这是
什么的自己去看书。这还是新式的了，再之前是Heroin。
傻逼或者瞎子才说西药比中药副作用大。西药里有无数药物的“有效成分”
比绝大多数自然界存在的生物体毒副作用都大。就是一个白痴冲到野外随便
乱吃乱抓都极难造成西医放疗化疗的伤害。还说副作用，狗屎，西药的
主要作用就是副作用。 |

俺不懂针灸止疼，也没有针，不然就上这个了。
当时问了个学化学的同学这oxycodone是啥，差点没吓死，可还是得吃啊。
医生开了60颗，俺吃了5,6颗，最疼的时间也过去了。忍住不吃了。
偶吃了以后肌肉控制和短期记忆都有损失，还好不是永久性的，
不然偶就不能来灌水啦 :) |

发帖数: 55 | 9 其实我不知道如何回答你的问题，因为如果我给了你建议，你如何去实施？止痛药物都
是控制药物，你个人很难得到，而且家属过多介入到治疗中，会令医生反感。而且我不
确定美国的一些药物国内是否应用。以下仅供参考
1） 烧伤疼痛治疗很难。换辅料时，针剂可以fentanyl + versed, 有时候应用
ketamine会有不错的效果（需要医生护士有经验）。其它时间，短效针剂如Dilaudid或
morphine. 长效口服止痛药如oxycontin 或 MS Contin; 如果没有明显心脏问题，可以
结合methadone。 短效口服药物oxycodone或Hydrocodone等。后期可以加用gabapentin.
2）烧伤辅料千奇百怪，很难说哪个更有优势，要看病人愈合情况调整。磺胺嘧啶银很
常用。后期为避免Pseudomonas或其它感染，用银辅料往往有效。因为液化，希望能保
证创面干燥。 一个月了，可以考虑异体皮移植了，最终还是要自体皮移植。当然因为
费用的问题，我不知道国内如何操作。

According to FDA, opioid tolerant patients are those who have received daily
opioid analgesics for one week or longer, and doses of at least: 60 mg oral
morphine/day, 25 mcg transdermal fentanyl/hour, 30 mg oral oxycodone/day, 8

当时那个intern order了meperidine 12.5mg-25mg IVP Q4hrs for overnight until
day shift people come in。我也让这个order过了。
我也没啥办法了(其实可以oxycodone rectally，估计病人也不会同意的)
但是pain pharmacist不让我以后approve meperidine for pain，说seizure has been
reported after single dose meperidine in patient with normal renal function
. 但是呢，她又不给我一个recommendation，我就想说以后又发生酱紫的情况咋办。
那个病人手术之前有没有take long acting opioid/有无chronic pain issue我已经不
记得了。fentanyl patch onset很慢，等onset了天就亮了day shift就来了也就没我的
事情了。

我停了BCP之后流血很大，前天晚上开始到昨天2小时一个pad，每次都有1x2的血块，大
的时候1x3，昨天左侧卵巢和子宫粘连的地方还是疼，然后反射到背，左腿，就吃了5mg
oxycodone，真厉害12小时都想睡觉。今天还是很大，但是不怎么疼了
看来，这还只是开始，更难受的还在后面阿 |

我内异太厉害，每个月都要去ER打吗啡，还要吃很多止痛药
医生说，这种程度的痛是unacceptable的，而且怕止痛药用多了，影响我的中枢神经什
么的。
说，反正要ivf，你就active pill吃着，到时候还好控制时间，想什么时候开始，就什
么时候
但是我吃了3个月开始spotting，医生正常，我还去问了我OB/GYN，老头子也说正常
既然两个老头子都说正常，我就当正常
lupron打了之后挺bcp，我大冲3天，说实话，我有点怕了，给护士打电话，说没关系，
正常
我吃着oxycodone上班。
好在第四天就少了，开始stim之后就停了 |
