我的问题倒不是胸和屁股，
主要是大肥腰。象刮叔说的，怎么能在不变成瘦猴的情况下变成有6pack的？
贴了以前藏着扭着的照片给做参考。这是第一次脱了诚心请教 大肥腰的问题。我觉得
其它男人炼腰很容易炼？易出6 packa或是努力努力就先出6pack 然后才是胸和臂。
怎么我炼的，腰反而是最弱的部位呢？

签证
秘鲁签证相对容易，NY 的朋友在纽约签（241 East 49th St Btwn 2nd Ave and 3rd
Ave） ，NJ和Penn的朋友一定要去Paterson NJ签。材料需要：护照，绿卡（如有），
申请表，正面护照照两张，银行账户证明，机票，$30。一般要48小时才能拿到，据说
紧急的话当天也可以拿到。
疫苗 Vaccination
去雨林湿地的话，yellow fever皮下注射一定要。Malaria没有疫苗，只有口服药，副
作用很大，用不用看个人。Hepatitis A & Hepatitis B最好要有。我因为House MD 看
太多，注射了整个boost packa |

ges太多了，做同一个东西，无数packages，各自有交叉也有覆盖不同的功能，所以每个
package都很浅薄，不可靠。documentation不好也是这个问题的一个派生。虽然是开源
，也可以组织一下嘛，linux那些就好一些。 大家可以约定不要再为了同一个功能开发
新的package，而是对同一个pacakge不断改进。或者package之间要有一定关系。 |

选择店最重要的是看facial的效果了，当然要试过才知道。。
不过有几点也可以参考作为评判的标准。
1，只做skincare.不推荐那种haircare, manicure,pedicure,skincare集为一体的..
业精于单而非杂..:p
2，装修素雅，摆设精美，分makeup,treatment,休息专区，facial,body有单独的房间。
3, therapist礼貌周到,说话细声,手指柔软,动作轻盈有序,介绍what's applied on yo
ur face now,
而且能够准确判断出customer 皮肤的属性
4, 产品无刺激性
5, 不强加推荐package
想到我再填,也欢迎补充.
first appointment当然就只定时间,通常去了会先诊断你的皮肤,然后推荐相应的packa
ge..
以后又比较中意的therapist,再约的时候就可以定时间和therapist..
原来在中国的时候都说一星期一次,不过我在这边听到的说法是一星期皮肤还没有完全恢
复呢,
如果有做extraction..油性皮肤推荐两周一次,否则一个月即可. |
