Page 以前是印第安人保留地，随处可看见印第安人，表面上看他们已经完全融入美国社
会了。Page是一小城，缘起于grand dam,大坝建好后便有了这座城。（参见http://www.pbase.com/lovecountry/inbox 之 grand dam) 常居人口4400 人。大坝倒是雄伟，水看上去却不多，下游快要见底了。
早上定了场antelope canyon的导游。这个地方非得要导游开车带你过去才行，以前以为
是因为在印第安人保留地的缘故，所以去的时候还左顾右盼怕一不小心一支冷箭飞来。后
来导游才告诉我是因为前几年游客在石头上刻字，整个canyon有被毁掉的危险，于是不得
不规定每次由导游带进。我想这便是为什么票价贵的缘故吧。（$20/person).看来老美的
素质也高不到哪去，不一样到处刻字吗。
Antelope canyon 完全是由洪水冲击而成。从山上冲下形成很多岩洞。阳光从山顶射下会
形成很瑰丽的颜色。每年有很多专业摄影师来拍摄。不过大都是在春夏季。这个景点传说
是一个牧羊女孩发现的。在山洞里照相不能够用闪光灯，是因为岩洞土质中含石英 |

去一直想去但从没去过的西南环。因为时间有限，只能打算Sedona/Page了，剩下的NPs
准备留下次休长假去。
请大家帮我看看大致行程，提点建议，或是怎样优化？两个人，就我能开车。旅馆都还
没定，如果有不错的也请推荐一下。
7/2，下班后从纽约飞Phoenix，大概10点多到，机场取车，住Phoenix
7/3，前往Sedona，玩Sedona和Flagstaff，住Sedona
7/4，前往Page，玩Antelope Valley和Horseshoe Bend，住Page
7/5，往Phoenix回开，哪里好玩就再停停。（有没有可能顺路去Grand Caynon转一圈？
）坐晚上10：30的红眼航班回纽约。7/6早上6：00到，回家洗洗直接去上班。
是会挺累，但是为了美景为了尽兴，希望值得。 |

都是没信号，辛亏也没啥事，要不叫个拖车都费劲。然后离开page往南开，大概过了去
大峡谷那个多少号公路分叉那块，手机猛地响了，收到voice mail留言，激动了半天终
于有信号了。本来以为Sedona也没有信号，结果还不错，各种trail信号都满满的。
回来查了一下，H2O网站显示page是有覆盖的，ATT官网也是显示有覆盖。不知道是H2O
没跟ATT享受同等待遇，还是连ATT也没信号 |

发帖数: 229 | 12 我的是iphone 3GS，我装了两个版本的未名空间的app，一个无广告另一个是免费有广
告的。两个都有这个毛病，就是一回到家用自家的Wifi，总是点了两三个文章之后就会
出现白页，左上角写“blank page”。无广告的app因为是以link的形式返回的，出现
白页我就什么都干不了了，这时只能把app kill掉重新运行，但是看两篇之后又会这样。
我的感觉是因为网速太快，refresh page过快蹦不回来到正常显示的页面。这个blank
page在用3G的时候也有，不过只是在load好一页之后和出现文字页之前一闪而过，并不
会卡在那儿。
谁还有这个问题？有什么解决办法或fix吗？ |

It's ok to me to have page-specific JS blocks inside a page.
btw, if you use JavaScript extensively, I suggest switching to ASP.NET MVC.

If yes, I have another question. Assume the size of each page table is
4M, then each program needs at least 4M memory. Is that true? When I check
the memory usage of some processes, some just need a few hundred K or even

本就不重要，你只是要确定自己的蛋白是在哪些fraction里面）。gel filtration的每
个fraction根据和standard蛋白位置的比较，是可以知道大概的size的，那不就知道你
的protein的size了吗。你已知monomer是550Kda，到时候不就知道是monomer还是
tetramer了吗
我们的tetramer就是用gel filtration 分离纯化出来的，western 的结果也没问题。
现在怀疑monomer的存在。SDS-PAGE的话，假如原本是tetramer的蛋白也会变性成
monomer跑出来。这样就不知道原来fraction里的究竟是tetramer还是mononer.这就是
我为什么想用native-page的原因。monomer就有550Kda，一般gel filtration用的
standard 蛋白没有那么大的。最理想的结果是tetrmer在void volume,monomer不是。

左右。电泳上样的时候没有煮沸变性，跑完电泳发现目的蛋白在40KDa的地方（和上样
的MARKER比较），少了20多KDa， 尝试用native-PAGE 胶跑电泳，但是条带size一下子
又很大了（和上样的MARKER比较），偏差很大，还不如SDS-PAGE胶。请问站内的高手是
怎么解决这个问题的？有构象的蛋白跑SDS-PAGE电泳size 不准确了。 |

但是自己到目前都没有接收到需要交版费的消息? 这是怎么回事? 我的申述算成功了?
