说到减肥的问题很多女人包括男人都很感兴趣，先说说自己吧！身高168，体重100斤，
体重一直一百斤左右徘徊，从16岁一直到现在保持这样的身高体重，目前我已经27了。
首先对女人来说体重是测量身材的一个关键，还有一个对女人身材非常重要的一点就是
塑身，不是瘦一定好看，在美国的朋友肯定经常看到美国妹妹天天跑步的情况，其实我
心中也感叹，他们的身材非常紧致，腿不是很细但是很有线条和曲线，屁股也是翘翘的
。当然很少有中国人可以坚持，特别中国女人，我本身也不爱跑步。唯一的运动就是走
路，我是暴走一族，从国内到现在一直这样，逛街可以逛一天。
对于腹部的赘肉，很多女人腹部很容易发胖，本身的生活习惯非常不好。吃完就躺着，
走路不挺胸直背的，当然会有肥肉。平时走路挺胸收腹，经常保持这样的习惯，我有点
习惯了有时候连坐下都会吸肚子，我的小腹一直很平坦。
对于饮食，对减肥者来说非常重要。首先不要经常 |
