以前我的运动理疗师指导我如何预防受伤时也说过的：Consistency is the key.
她说，每天都可以跑步，但每次都不要跑太长太快。 绝对要避免的是停几周不跑，然
后突然一天跑个超过自己能力的长距离，那就要受伤了。然后又要几周才能恢复。这就
是恶性循环。
我的理解是要定期频繁的跑步，但每次都不要跑太长太快，以不要使自己觉得难受为标
准。
以前在网上看到一位马拉松教练说的（大意）：

好像女人生孩子，大部分都能生下来，但是其中酸甜苦辣绝对不是"painlessly"能轻飘
飘描述的。又比如少年的叛逆、青春期的骚动、中年危机、伤秋悲老。。。实质上都是
在人生长河进入下一个阶段时候的挣扎，何尝"painless"过。
总之，说这段话的人如果不是太年轻太乐观，就是文人无行，闭眼说漂亮话。:-)
