为， 加州规定， 住了两年以上， 如果 apartment 需要 re-paint, 租客是不需要负
责的， 所以就没有管。
没有想到， 这 re-paint 不需要俺掏钱， 却因为 Crayon/pencil Marks 被罚了一些
cleaning fee. 难道 paint 的工作不包括在内？

影响粉刷效果的。另外，paint里面多数有防腐剂，繁殖滋生细菌，时间长了会影响

close前有次去看房子修的进展，正好碰到装修队，那个人说他当初没漆房子就power
wash了下。close后卖家回复他们04年买房子后从来没漆过。
听说wood siding一般10年要漆？上次inspection说siding目前挺好的，建议我明年找
paint的人来评估下看要不要repaint，那我现在是不是不需要急着找人paint？如果想
自己diy可行吗？（一层的房子）半年前房子power wash过，现在还需要power wash吗？
还有当初看房子时外墙没看到裂缝，但是换屋顶后，发现siding和墙角trim的地方有裂
缝，这个是不是自己caulk一下就可以了，还是要找专业人士来paint和修？

房子，这个painting fee 他竟然让我承担。关键我住进去时他也没有painting呀。并
且我走的时候clean的比住进去时还要干净。这个中介都说了。 我准备去 small
court 去告他，让那个中介老太太给作证，然后老太太就说：这样吧，我让房东退你$
500, 怎么样？ 我不愿意，可是我ld 不愿意折腾了。
看了这个法律，我还是决定要告他。 |

点上有点拿捏不定。特请教一下关于Painted hills，那个彩绘山值得去吗。 看了介绍
是很奇特，也的确想去，但时间比较紧， 不知是否应该去。
我的路线简要概括大概这样：Redding,CA -> Crater Lake -> Smith Rock SP ->
Painted Hills ??? -> Newport -> Florence (Jessie SP & Sand Dunes) ->
Redwoods SP,CA

看来各位对painted hills的评价还是不错的。很可能打算去了。至于住的话，不知道

(lead paint早就没了). No, I do not think so. Lead paint will not go away by
itself. However, it should have been covered by new lead-free paint.
To remove it, you need to replace the drywall. |

是paint改stain好像要把原漆去除才行，工程比较大，估计价格也会贵，不知道值不值

event-dispatching thread. While an event is being handled,
no painting will occur. Similarly, if a painting operation
takes a long time, no events will be handled during that
time.
因此，比如在某个ActionListener里呼叫repaint()是的不到好结果
的，因为同为awt-event-queue Thread, 你的repaint()的不到正确
的执行，尤其是如果在一个loop里呼叫repaint(), 估计只有最后一
个repaint()在ActionListener被执行完后执行。解决的办法只有将
对repaint()的呼叫放在另外一个Thread上，再actionPerform()里呼
叫该方法，这样ActionListener可以很快的执行完，释放awt-event-
queue |

以上是查询，下面是主动的旋转函数，为了加快速度，我不是每次都更新icon,只作了
标志，每次旋转后第一次画的时候才更新。

theIcon.needsUpdated=true;
}
但是，有的时候可以看到，动画停止的时候，屏幕上的icon的方向是不对的。有没有可
能paint()正进行的时候，turn同时被调 |

里面发现turn了，但没有旋转后的图标，也只是很少的情况了。
不过，还是不清楚，是不是paint发生的时候，turn也可以发生？系统什么时候自动

Wonder DIY or outsource. Too much work to paint three floors. Might at least

比如refinish前右fender 要blending右前门color，这样fender和门颜色可以起码可以做到一模一样，这样做是把new paint 与 aged paint 调色调匀，右前门和后门交界处是新旧不同的，但你看不出来的。
我把车拿到body work 那，有经验的老板告诉我他可以看出我车上漆的新旧worn 不同，我都看不出来。总之，外观较新的车如果重漆一般人根本是看不出漆过没的！！ |
