发帖数: 10550 | 4 倒不是。刚买房时本来builder都用推土机给平好地了，不懂，放了一年，结果杂草丛生
第二年先杀草再租大杀器把地翻了，到这都还好
然后买草。铺的时候一边手工平地一边铺，那个很累，而且是很热的时候，太阳下干半
小时就得休息
铺到后面不知在想啥，去浇水。结果水漫金山过来，剩下的一条空白我是在齐腿深的泥
浆里估摸着铺的，消耗很多体力
还犯了个大错，草在pallet上放了两天，想着浇点水养着。浇多了，第二天太阳一晒蒸
汽上来，搞死不少。不过现在全部都长好了 |

当然我晚上回去一般都吃光了。
小时候给个胡萝卜，四人疯狂一样围着转拼命吃
现在也是，闻闻就走了
但是白菜，大白菜或者小白菜，他们就和疯了一样地激动，呵呵
吃得那个急啊，好像生怕没有了似的，呵呵
timothy是他们第二爱吃的，给一堆一会就没了，nnd
周末去滑雪也没来得及去养马的商店买超大包装的，下周把，呵呵
每次petco 最大包装的timothy，一会就被他们干光了 |

Call them and ask for rabbit pallet in 50 lbs.
My Timothy pellet is actually for horses. Only $11.5 50 lbs.
My LD call the place and said "we want some bulk timothy pellet".
It turn out their unit is 1 ton, 40x 50lbs in one package!
We get a good laugh over our request for "bulk package".

SwheatScoop，发现有了个更大的问题，猫尿结块不结识，轻轻一铲就全碎了，然后那
个氨气的味道就直接入脑，其实臭
味都能忍，但是那个氨实在是刺激性太强了……

话说我们家小白有一天闷闷不乐郁郁寡欢的样子，给的胡萝卜也没有啃上两口，仔细一
瞧，在放pallet的碗里有半颗小黑的便便，上面还有牙印（她两便便大小不一样，很容
易分辨）
原来这家伙不小心吃了人家的便便。。。

我做In situ hybridization，设计了3对probe（500bp左右），3对proble都是发现
sense和anti－sense有相似的pattern。
我一开始觉得是non－specific binding。后来越做，我越觉得signal是对的。我做了
transfected和non transfected cell pallet，只有transfected有信号，而且sense和
anti－sense都有信号（sense弱一些）。
因为我的基因有的tissue表达，有的tissue不表达。我又多做了很多tissue，发现我的
probe有表达的tissue才亮，说明probe是好的，看起来信号也挺好。
可是怎么解释sense和anti－sense都有信号的问题？有ISH的大牛能帮忙trouble
shooting吗？ |

（在试剂盒里）和一些准备裂解的E coli cell pallets （在离心管里）。现在需要冻
mammalian cell lines，已经把cryo tubes封在styrofoam rack里，准备放在-80C冰箱
，过几天再转到液氮罐。然后有个学生问说和E coli放在冰箱的同一层会不会被污染？
我自己觉得是个低概率的事情，因为各自都在封闭的管子里。但我也不是很肯定，想问
问大家这种情况会不会有顾虑？谢谢先。 |

等）。这个细胞团即使经过PBS多次清洗也是很松散的，感觉不是那种纯细胞团PALLET
样。我用这个细胞团进行BEADS ISOLATION,这一步基本要花4个小时以上，杂质经常堵
塞BEADS管。混合细胞里面杂质太多，多糖啥的，请问有啥好的方法清洗这个细胞（去
除多糖杂质）？
之前发表了几篇文章后，几乎每周都有一些不知名的杂质来EMAIL约稿。我自己想审稿
，给绿卡攒，这些杂质靠谱吗？ |

上一个2小时的安全课，然后找个trainer给我讲一遍简单的机械常识，设备检查和
简单的维护，之后找个空旷的地方练了半个小时，搬了一堆的pallet，
再driving test就过了。
不用换档，踩油门走不踩油门不走，除了后轮转向之外有点不习惯，比学开车容易。
不过平常没什么机会开，偶尔开一次同事看见了都躲着走。 |

Sony KDL-46EX400 were marked $698.
The price on the wall for these was $578. Online they are $548 with free
site to store shipping.
Im picking one up for a Christmas gift for my brother. I was considering

clearance when I saw various paper on clearance.
They had several different kinds with the 1 subject Tops brand 70 page wide
rule spiral notebooks being the cheapest at $0.05 each. I grabbed 50 of
them
They also had the Mead brand, also 70 page with various cover designs for $0
.18 each

site sells them for $99, the lowest I found. Saw them at Toys R Us for $119
! Looks like lots of people are buying to resell online. Costco is YMMV but
worth a shot to look if your kids like the pirate sets and this is a fairly
large one at just over 800 pieces, ages 9+

saw them bringing in a couple pallets of these into the store. I asked to
check price and rang up $5.88 for a 2pk. Model # 4460030524. I think they
may also have a sale on the 18lb briquettes that DealReaper posted earlier.
I didn't read about that deal before I went to Home Depot so I didn't think
to look.
It seems that everything in the store that is listed for sale tomorrow is on
